I have always used them. I was having my house built and they put in the plumbing. It worked. There wasn't anything that I did not like in the end. I don't remember the price that I paid. It was a positive experience. There were times when I needed to call them for the service and they came out right away.

Of the subcontractors that were used, this one gave the lowest estimate and we found out at the end that the estimate was low because the quality of products in the estimate was poor. We insisted that we be consulted for approval of everything that was installed before it was even ordered, then returned home one day to find cheap fixtures installed in the tub. To give you an idea of how cheap they were, we were given credit of only $35.00 each for the shower trim, probably the cheapest fixtures you can find at Home Depot) and $102 each for the toilets that they were going to install! We ended up shopping for our own fixtures because guidance from the plumber was negligible. When we wanted to talk to Dave we were shunted to his office manager, Patti. The only time we saw or talked to Dave was during the walk-through before renovation was begun. The worst part was that we have a disabled person in the house who finds it difficult to get upstairs. The only bathroom that was operable was upstairs, but we figured that for a few weeks it could be doable. After two weeks, everything else had been completed in the bathrooms and we were waiting for the plumbers to install at least one toilet so that person would not have to trudge upstairs. The plumbers *insisted* on waiting until the *shower heads* were in before coming - an extra week!!
