Description of Work: Came to check out potential leak in washing machine. Could not duplicate problem but worked for a long time to see if they couldn't come up with reason for water under the machine. Have 30 days to call back if problem does return. Not the first time we had used them. Another washing machine, another house. That time they saved us money by advising not to repair or replace but to work around the problem by adjusting the load level.

+ -1 moreThey answered the phone when I made the first call, they scheduled and kept the appointment as planned, they came and fixed the overhead range hood/light/vent on my Thermidore, and had to go retrieve special parts ... no separate appointment to come back. When he left, it was fixed. Just what I wanted. Would definitely use again.
Description of Work: Thermidore 46" overhead vent/light/hood was not operating. Control panel was not operating properly.
