I found Dennis very easy to communicate with, and he had lots of different ideas for how to accomplish what I wanted, including good suggestions. He inspired confidence. I was really looking forward to working with him. He told me he would have a written estimate for me within a certain number of days. He didn't, I called, and he promised it in a few more days. He didn't, I called, and eventually he didn't return my calls. I wish I had just asked for a verbal estimate because I think that would've worked. I got the feeling he was really busy and written estimates aren't his favorite thing. What he told me about his labor rate (which I can't find -- sorry) sounded good. I'd be willing to give him a try again. (If good electricians were easy to find, I wouldn't, but as things are...)
Description of Work: They came to give an estimate on miscellaneous small household wiring tasks. They never gave a written estimate.
