Mark and Rob arrived right on time, cut out the bad valve, soldered in a new and better valve. Mark answered all my questions, advised me on a potential change to the downstairs toilet. Very good experience.

Excellent work. Also, has high integrity. There was work he could do now, but recommended I should wait as it will save me money to combine it with another job the next time around.

Mr. Adams and his associate arrived when scheduled and went directly to inspect the problems we had discussed. He explained that all that needed to be done was turn on the water to fill the injector tank, which he did. He traced the leak in the basement back to a problem that I had with my refrigerator which had been fixed earlier in the day by an appliance serviceman. I was very impressed with his immediate knowledge and his honesty of what the problems were. Not only did he pinpoint the problems and quickly solve them he told me he was happy to help. I would absolutely use Mark Adams Plumbing in the future.

I give Mark two thumbs up. He asked me what we needed, told me how to easily fix a bathroom faucet myself, and told me exactly what the rest of the job would cost. He then came earlier than he said, did a good job with no mess, and we're back in business. He was helpful, professional, and personable.

Mark Adams made himself available right away when my hot water tank flooded out at my investment property. He actually got to the house first and was almost finished by the time I pulled up. Mark was the only plumber I called who was immediately responsive. The others wanted to schedule an installation the following Monday which would have left my tenants with no hot water for a whole weekend. Mark Adams is my new go-to-first plumber.

Hi, Just to let you know that I was very dissappointed by not receiving a return call after my initial phone conversation with a plumber in this company. During our initial conversation he asked me to send him pictures of the broken faucet in question. He was to call me back (on Sunday, October 5)to let me know if I could purchase a faucet on my own, prior to an appointment (this was his suggestion). I never heard back from him. As a result I have contacted a different Plumbing Company.

We called and explained the rusted pipe problem in bathroom. Mark provided a rough estimate for the work to be performed. We scheduled a time to perform the repairs and Mark worked with my schedule. He arrived slightly early but first called to let me know. He was very pleasant and professional. He removed the rusted piping and replaced with new section of pipe from his supplies on his truck. The work was performed very efficiently and the repair was nicely done and worked well. We are very happy with his work and the cost.

Provider was early and called ahead to see if I was available.. Did a few extra small jobs without complaining and for no fee. Personable and professional.

Mark was always on time and courteous. Work quality was top notch. Everything looks neat, no mess was left behind, and the installation passed inspection without any issues.

He was very very good! He was fast and really really efficient. I was very happy with his service. I couldn't say more nice things about him.

I called Mark, and he came with his son to fix a leak under a sink in a bathroom. They also checked our other two bathrooms and addressed two issues we had. It turned out one is not a problem, and the other they replaced a small part. Both Mark and his son are highly professional and honest. I am very happy with their service, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mark was very reliable, returning my calls quickly and coming when he said he would. He suggested things I had not thought of, did his work in a timely manner. He will be my go to plumber.

Received immediate reply from my Angie's list email contact with 2 plumbers I contacted even though it was evening after work hours had concluded. Spoke with both plumbers next morning - Mark Adams suggested simply replacing the unit with new as did the other plumber contacted. He quoted a flat fee of $135 for the service & could do the work the next afternoon which fit with my availability. The other plumber recommended a new unit too advising we go with Kohler & offering a 1 year guarantee if we purchased the faucet & sprayer through him vs. purchasing it ourselves. His quote though was $250 + the cost of the faucet & sprayer. He could also have fit the job in the next afternoon to accommodate our schedule. Since we were able to secure the faucet & sprayer at a local spot we went with Mark Adams for the cheaper price. I emailed & called him again shortly after business hours once I had the parts in hand & he promptly returned my call with details for the next day. His son who was handling the call contacted me as promised the next morning to arrange & time that fit perfectly with my schedule. He showed up on time as promised & did the work promptly without issue. The faucet & sprayer are working great finally, the price was exactly as quoted & he was friendly & efficient. I would definitely use them again & recommend them to others!

I had waited weeks for the plumber I normally use to get back to me. I decided to hit Angie's List to see if what options were out there. Mark Adams Plumbing clearly stood out as the most highly recommended plumber in the area. I was pleasantly surprised that he answered his cell phone right away and was able to provide an estimate (which turned out to be 100% accurate) on the spot. He was also able to to stop by the very next day to do the work. Mark and his son were able to quickly fix the spout/faucet (about 30 minutes). They are clean, professional, personable, and dependable. I STRONGLY recommend them if you have plumbing needs.

We called Mark over the weekend after trying to fix the leak ourselves with a kit recommended by the manufacturer. He returned my call Sunday and was here Monday with his son. The two of them had both jobs completed perfectly in under an hour. It was pure magic! I didn't have the pleasure of meeting them, but my daughter said they were both extremely pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. These gentlemen clearly know their stuff. Repair done quickly and completely

Excellent job! Great price. This was the second time I used Mark to do some plumbing work. First time it was a brand new toilet and this time it was a kitchen pipe replacement. Each time it was finished in less than 30 minutes. Mark and his son are so professional and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend him and his son.

Within 3 minutes, he solved the problem for free over the phone! We'll definitely be calling him again.

Tub/shower controls broke and froze so that water could not be turned off in the tub. Called Mark Adams Plumbing with my "plumbing emergency" and they arranged to come immediately. They had the needed parts, fixed the problem right away, and left the place clean. I am impressed with their quick, friendly and quality service.

All 3 times we've used Mark Adams Plumbing we've been impressed. He answers the phone when I call and helped me with all my questions and got back to me on time with any follow up which is excellent. The 3 times we've used him he has shown up on time and done the work quickly and professionally. The prices quoted was the price he charged and there were no hidden surprises. Highly recommended!!

He took the time to talk to me in the evening and he seemed very knowledgable. He had a lot of good suggestions. He also gave ma a good price. I ended up using the original contractor who installed the toilet, as this was the right thing to do. I would use him in the future, based on talking with him.

I just had my new countertops installed late Thursday afternoon. Didn't realize until after that I needed some expert plumbing done. Needless to say it was late Thursday and I started calling plumbers in hopes that they could come out same day or next day. I was having no luck until I found Mark Adams Plumbing. I asked if he could come out next day and Mark was very accommodating and fit me into his schedule between 1-2 that Friday.
