Awesome service. Called after hours and Mark called me back within 15 minutes and I had an appointment set for next day. His son (sorry I forget his name-though I did think he looked like a tall member of the Bruins, lol) was prompt to the appointment. He worked efficiently and had toilet unclogged in no time. He also worked on shower issue that was a secondary issue. Whole job took less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend!!!

Pleasant experience from start to finish on two separate jobs. Prompt call backs, showed up precisely on time and did a quality job. First job was installation of gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Second job was replacing a hot water heater and minor repairs to a sink drain. Appliance install went smoothly and they were able to work through any minor fitment issues that came up. No problems with install after 6 months of operation. Hot water heater selection and installation went smoothly. Good communication on tank selection options and prep work that I could do ahead of plumbers arrival. Location was tricky: 3rd floor of a condo building, not an easy task to remove and install, but job was done well with no leaks or wall dings. Will use them again on the next project. Excellent service and prices were reasonable: $300 appliance install, $200 sink fix, $2500 water heater (larger size and lifetime tank)

Both jobs were done quickly, quietly, and efficiently. The Adams guys are super friendly and nice, but they also managed to do one job without waking our sleeping baby! We would definitely hire them again and thought they did excellent work. I put a "B" for pricing because plumbing is always expensive.

The 2 workers showed up ON TIME.. .very professional. .....very clean...answered all my many many questions......did a great cleanup after the job was done........about a week later my toilet started to "teeter"...called plumber back....showed up NEXT DAY had to remove toilet, ended up cast iron flange broke.....fixed, reset toilet, cleaned up. Maybe 1/2 hour! Totally professional. ......stands by work plus! Highly recommend Adams Plumbing Services!!

Great! They arrived promptly, did high quality work (they fixed the leak and neatly reassembled the fixtures), cleaned up after themselves, and were polite. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Called at approximately 3:30pm on the Friday before New Year's weekend. They had a technician here by 4:00pm and we're done by 5:00pm! The tech had said they had installed thousands of faucets and on a rating of 1 to 10 for difficulty this job was a 9! No way I would have been able to accomplish this job on my own.

Originally the work was excellent but then two months later one of the facet leak they came in and fix it at no cost.

They came on very short notice and made the repairs we needed.

I contacted Adams plumbing and got a quick response. They came to my house within about an hour. They diagnosed and fixed the problem, replacing all the corroded pipes within a couple of hours. It turns out the pipes (which date back to 1975) we completely corroded.

It went well. He came out very quickly after we contacted him. He arrived at the scheduled time and made the repair. It took about an hour. Everything was fine. The only problem we had after he left was that because this shower had not been used in many years, there was debris build up in the line which caused a blockage when we were actually using the shower. Once we figured out what it was, we just took the shower head off and flushed the line and the problem was corrected, but perhaps he should have done or suggested that at the time.

I need to add a water main shut-off valve to the existing ones. I have contacted multiple plumbers recommended here. Two came to my house and gave me an estimate (both from nextdoor). I contacted the one with the lower estimate, but never heard back from him. I then contacted the one with higher estimate and asked if he could lower his price. Again, he stopped responding. I then contacted several plumbers on the Angie's list and asked if they could install the valve within a week. Mark from Adams Plumbing Services responded within a few hours. He called me the next day and asked a few details about the installation. He gave me a quote is much more reasonable, $165 including fittings. The installation was scheduled for the next Monday. This Monday, Robert, Mark's son, showed up at my house at 8:40 AM, exactly within the window Mark told me (8:30 to 9:00 AM). He told me that they only take small plumbing jobs, such as fixing leaks, replacing faucets, etc. I watched while Robert was busy installing the valve. He is very careful in preparing his job: he removed the smoke detectors to prevent false alarm, then put them back when the job finished. It took him about 1 hour to install the valve (the higher estimate from nextdoor contacts asked for 2-hour labor). Overall I am very satisfied with Adams Plumbing Services and would like to recommend them if you need a plumber for routing maintenance.

The whole process went very smoothly. Mark let me know in advance the price and gave me the choice of providing the toilet himself or buying it separately and paying only for installation. I really appreciated the flexibility and ended up buying the toilet myself which made the replacement very affordable overall. Mark was very prompt, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

These guys are great! It's a father/son business. They are professional, showed up when they said they would, and did great work. I will be using them for plumbing issues moving forward.

Rob and Howie arrived on time (actually, they were early!), both were extremely polite and did the job neatly and quickly. Would definitely hire again!

Robert and Howie are always punctual and professional. With this service call, they fixed a leaky toilet and as usual cleaned up after their work so that the bathroom was cleaner than when they first arrived. Robert advised me to contact my water department to tell them about the leak and the water department gave me a rebate on the plumbing cost. Paid for themselves right there.

Mark's team was on time and very courteous. Their work was outstanding and the price was exceptional. We will definitely be using them for all future plumbing needs!

Mark called me back on the same day. Said he would send his Son first since we were not sure about hybrid hot water heater. Robert visited at no charge and gave me some great advice before we bought the parts. Mark was up front with the pricing and said either he could provide parts or we could purchase them. They installed the tub spout and shower handles in master bathroom. They also installed sink faucet in half bath. Robert saved me a lot of money by suggesting a cost effective method to make the main shut-off valve accesssible. Robert is especially nice. I give Adams Plumbing Services two thumbs up and will use them again without hesitation.

Leaking water supply valve to toilet started leaking when closed. I was unable to stop the drip without shutting off water to entire house. I called them in the morning on a day between Christmas and New Years. Two guys showed up a few hours later. They were polite, friendly, and professional and had three valves replaced in less than an hour. Hooray! Now I don't have a problem with water leaking down to my basement.

Mark and his son were very responsive, competent and professional. They were even accommodating in wearing booties over their work shoes while in the house. Were thoughtful around ruling out cause of faucet issue, and came back when issue was not immediately resolved.

Mark and his team replaced an old water heater at my house. They were punctual and very professional. I would use them again and recommend their services.

Very happy with the work. I initially spoke with Mark on the phone about a toilet that was leaking into the basement. I did my own assessment and thought that it might be a faulty toilet flange. Mark mentioned that it is a very common and frequent issue and that if that was the issue he would charge $135 to replace it. I agreed to have him come to the house and replace the flange. Rob showed up on time to do the work. He was very quick at replacing the flange and kept the work area fairly clean. Rob confirmed that the old flange was not the right size and was installed incorrectly. He replaced the flange with a new one and fixed the issue. Overall, everything was smooth from the initial call to the finished work. I will call Mark Adams Plumbing again if I need plumbing work in the future.

Mark and his son Mark, are the most reliable guys I've ever had do work on my home. I purchased a new home 2 years ago, and since then I've had toilet issues, kitchen sink issues and now Water Heater issues. Mark and his son have come out every time really fast and have done great work for a fair price. Water heater leaked and my wife was home with baby and was flustered, she called Mark he told her what needed to be done until he got there, and he was there with a new water heater ready to install in under 2 hours. Good guys, know their stuff and price he tells you before is what it is at the end as well, no surprise additions costing you an extra hundred here and there.
