Description of Work: Mark changed the valve and more behind the laundry machine and removed a broken insta-hot faucet. He was great and I will definitely call him again!

Description of Work: Mark and his son is great. They have consistently provided good service. They are alway very responsive. I have even recommended to friends with great success. Their pricing is fair. I had them redo my boiler exhaust pipe. In addition, I had them fix a couple other minor plumbing issues.

Description of Work: Mark & his son installed 2 toilets in response to a leak (broken seal on one; both were so old we decided to replace), and then replaced/installed a bathroom vanity and sink. They were absolutely fantastic, for the following reasons: 1) Mark gave me an on-site estimate that was competitve & realistic. 2) Mark offered an array of options & pricing and explained each. 3) Came out next day. 4) Arrived in the time window and got right into it. 5) They were polite, respectful, and willing to explain everything, both before they started and as they went--& there were a lot of old-house surprises during the install: they were flexible & knowledgeable. 6) They worked fast & with great attention to detail. 7) Left everthing clean & neat. 8) They really went above and beyond, noticing problems in the tub's plumbing--and then explaining how I could fix it myself. 9) Mark then called later to see if I'd had any trouble with the fix--which had gone great, thanks to his advice! 10) I'd hire again!!!

Description of Work: Mark Adams and son responded to a weekend call to fix a leaking, cast iron radiator, which I had temporarily plugged. He returned my call on a Sunday, listened to the problem and said he'd be out Monday at noon. They arrived on the dot. He showed me choices, and once we agreed he fixed the problem in about 45 minutes. I was not surprised since I have been using Mark Adams as my plumber for over 15 years. In 2000, he put baseboard cast iron radiators in my new kitchen. He has also installed a dishwasher, a sink or two, and has stopped leaks in very old, brittle pipes. He has given me great advice about how to save on gas heat use. As a consequence, I have recommended Mark Adams Plumbing to neighbors who have made him their plumber too.

Description of Work: We called Mark Adams Plumbing and described the problem. MAP said he'd call Rapid Rooter to handle the issue. He did so -- quickly! RR responded quickly and solved our problem within an hour. Bravo to both companies!

Description of Work: Mark and son Rob arrived on time, assessed difficulties we were having with a toilet, tightened, adjusted water flow, had it all running well in 25 minutes. Also provided useful information for possible future plumbing projects.

Description of Work: Installed back flow and plumbing necessary for irrigation system.
