+ -1 moreEach time I needed help, Frank came promptly, worked with concentration until the job was done, provided instruction as needed, stood behind his work, and offered telephone consultation without further charge if I had questions.
Description of Work: Frank set up my computer and wireless system; subsequently resuscitated my computer; after it failed, he replaced the hard drive, recovered data, and reconfigured the system.
