He was able to come within 24 hours, repair all that needed to be repaired, his prices were more than fair and his staff was so friendly. He turned what was a crisis into such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend him and will be using him again to install a generator.

+ -1 moreI originally scheduled for him to do the work on the 9th, but he never showed up. I reached out to him to reschedule for Friday the 10th, which he agreed to arrive during the afternoon. I waited all day again, for him to show up and he called me after 2PM to inform me that he would not be able to make it. He has been unresponsive since, and I have already paid a portion of the service. He's still a no show, and I am quite aggravated at his lack of professionalism and punctuality.
Description of Work: He was going to remove two trees from us.
