Description of Work: Painting of house exterior shingles was done well. Cleanup of shingle flakes after power wash was not done. They failed to put tarps down to collect the flakes. Had to cleanup most of the flakes ourselves.

Description of Work: We had a received a quote over Dec'2011 to paint the interiior of the living/kitchen space, 2 coats on the walls and 2 coats on the ceilings. Our remodelling project got off to a later than planned start and CertaPro kept in touch during that time. When it came time to actually do the work, they were very flexible to work around my schedule. The resulting job was very well done, the paint on the walls and ceilings were what we expected. Additionally, the painter had inadvertantly scratched the new wood floor; and Certapro was very gracious in reimbursing us for the cost of repair ($50). There was no questions asked and were very supportive. They really do stand behind the work that they do!
