Completed project 1 day! Showed up early, with 4- 5 painters and got it done! By 4 ! I told them paint color, they went out and got it as others prep. House. Arrived 3 days before painting to power spray and clean house! Very happy!

Our painting project process with CertaPro was flawless, from Mr. Butler with the estimate, to Linda in the office, to the final result with Josh and his crew. Josh and his team showed up on time, communicated to us the gameplan for our painting project and did a terrific job. His crew of 5 gentlemen painted our house, trim, window boxes, bulkhead and performed quite a bit of carpentry work in a day and a half. The original estimate called for three or four days. They also protected our light fixtures and the shrub against her house before painting. No mess was left behind ( I canâ t say that about some contractors that have performed work). CertaPro was reasonably priced to another quote I received and another contractor that didnâ t show up for an estimate. CertaPro was the first contractor I didnâ t need to babysit or wonder if theyâ d show up or if theyâ d upsell me a bunch of work I didnâ t need. I recommend CertaPro to anyone looking for their painting or carpentry needs.

My house was painted 3 years ago this October and is peeling and chipping everywhere. They only have a 2 year warranty and they did repaint one side of my house but that side looks worse than the rest of my house. I called before my warranty was up and sent pictures but they never returned my call. I expected this to last at least 5 years if not longer and would never hire them again.

We ended up needing additional work done, and the company was really good about responding to my questions / concerns throughout the process. Very good customer service and communication about this. I think the best companies don't just do good work on easy projects, but also rise to the occasion when issues come up - which they absolutely did.

Can't say enough god things about them. They did a terrific job painting my house. When there was some pealing a year later, they came to fix at no charge. Definitely recommend them. Much better than other painters I have hired.
