Jeremy and team did an excellent job repairing and extending our deck. Jeremy was very reponsive, met all deadlines and managed the permit process. He communicated with us every step of the way, keeping up updated on progress. He was a pleasure to work with and we will definitley work with him again.

It went great. He came right out and quoted me the same day. Got job done a week later and did a great job. He was neat, cleaned up after himself and when we added another job he came back later that day and did it!

Jeremy showed up when he said he would and did a great job. The estimate was ,as he said" at worst" $1700, but I did add the work on the storm door which increased the cost. The door leaked at first. He came over right away and tightened screws which seems to have fixed it. We'll see what happens when wind blown rain hits the door, but i'm sure he would return if there is a problem. I would recommend him and would use him again.

Jeremy was polite and up front. The final cost was less than his original estimate and the work was excellent.

I sent the owner Jeremy Anderson an email about doing some finish carpentry on our kitchen cabinets in a house we own in Dennisport on cape cod. With the ease of a couple phone calls Jeremy went by, looked at the job, gave me an estimate and did the job to perfection a week later. No excuses, no long winded reasons why its going to cost more than the quoted price and best of all no delays or half finished work. I did not even have to be there. He showed up when he said he would and did exactly what was asked. It looks great. I know it wasnt the biggest job but unless you have done mitre work you cant really understand what a hassle it can be. It really made the kitchen look nice and finished. I would highly recommend Anderson Building and Maintenance for all your carpentry needs. Very fairly priced and easy to work with.

No response to my first attempt to contact him. On second attempt, he was responsive and showed up on time. He seemed to be responsible and knowing what was needed to be done, taking his time to examine the work required, and promising to get me an estimate. Never heard from him.

Could not be more pleased with Matt and Andrew. Very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I got 5 quotes for each project and he was the least expensive and did a great job. He is not interested in creating a mountain out of mole-hill as many of the other estimates were. He just wants to do it right and at the least possible cost to the home owner. The name of his company is fitting - Absolute Integrity, as that is what he brings to each job. I have already hired them to do a second big project for me, painting the entire 2nd floor of my home, including removing 40 year old wall paper from 2 bedrooms.

It went very well. Matt showed up at the agreed upon time and worked until it was completed. He and his team also cleaned up all debris before they left. I have a brand new looking back of my home I love it! I am so happy with the job they did.The front walkway looks great now. I plan to have him come back for other jobs that I need done soon. Matthew Ford who is the owner came to our house early and started the job himself. He was very courteous and friendly, and worked h****** the prep work.Two gentlemen arrived to continue the job.They worked very dilligently and carefully and This job was fully completed in just one day! I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this company to friends business associates or relatives.

Matt is very conscientious and works diligently to get the job done. I've changed my price from a B to an A because his pricing is competitive with others painting services.

Matt Ford was recommended by the local paint store when I went to purchase the paint. He returned my phone message very quickly and stopped by that night to provide an estimate. I liked his personality and demeanor so I signed a contract for services that night. He arrived on time on scheduled date. Matt brought along an assistant and both worked diligently. He applied 2 coats of paint, per contract. He was careful to cover all furniture and promptly removed any specks of paint from hardwood floor. I recently purchased my home and found the skylight in the kitchen was covered with mildew. Matt carefully removed mildew with bleach and applied Kilz (?spelling) before painting the window frame. It looks great! Matt's price also included 3 gallons of ceiling paint which he charged me his contractor's price (this was include in his total feel for services). I was more than satisfied with Matt's work. He did exactly what he stated he would do and finished the job within the timeframe he quoted. I will definitely use him again for painting and or handyman services and would highly recommend his services.
