+ -1 moreEveryone at Toreku Tractor were wonderful and did a really great job, they even relocated the gas shut off valve to make it more accessible. The generator actually runs better now than it did when we first got it. They went over and above what they had to do to make sure the generator was working properly and it is a great feeling knowing that when the electiricity goes out our generator will work perfectly. Kevin who picked up and delivered the generator had a very rough time getting it down the slope in front of our house especially since it was chock full of gas but he never lost his cool. He is a very pleasant person and when he brought it back he took the time to show hubby what was done. All in all, a great company to do business with.
Description of Work: Hubby went to start up our generator and the whole neighborhood was filled with white smoke and I called Toreku Tractor & Equipment and explained it to them. They came out the next day to pick it up. Since it was right after the extremely bad storm (Sandy) they were backed up with repairs but were able to fit us in and had it fixed in 2 days. They flushed out the oil twice as gas had gotten into it and did just about a complete overhaul for us at a very reasonable price. Tony, the manager, also explained everything in detail regarding maintenance to hubby as the manual did not explain things that well. He also was very patient with all my questions. Toreku Tractor deserves an A++ for their customer service and excellent workmanship and I highly recommend them both for service and sales.
