FRIOT'S WATER TREATMENT CO

The replacement of the system went fine and they also took a sample of water to be tested. I ran into some issues when I had some complaints/questions about a strange taste with the water right after replacement. I called and was referred to Dan who said to give it a few days. I called about a week later - the strange taste was still there (not as strong) and I was wondering about the water test results. I spoke with Dan again about the taste and some of the water test results. He then suggested he would touch base with me the following week. He did not call when he had said he would. I subsequently called the office two or three times and each time I was told Dan wasn't in the office and he would return my call. I never heard from him. The original system had been installed in 1997 and I was very happy with the folks who installed it. They were also very responsive at that time when I had some issues with the system. It seems that the company might be under new ownership at this time...

Paul is very good at returning calls, and as stated on the website, is the preferred method of contact. He answers all questions thoroughly and really takes time to understand your needs. Highly professional, very honest and knowledgeable. He came right on time as promised, completed the water assessment onsite. I truly cannot say enough good things about him. Small family owned company that does great quality work. He is also very personable. I would highly recommend Paul for all your water system needs. He will not try any gimmicks or up-selling, its just not how he does it. He will tell you straight up what you need and what it costs. He is very honest and knows pretty much all systems and companies in the area and their histories as well. It really is incredible.

Everybody ontime and job done right the first time

GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paul didn't make a dime on this call, but he recommended that I hook up to town water. Fantastic advice and at no charge. Please use Friot's. He has to be the best around!!!

Called Paul about an arsenic reduction system in a house that we are looking to buy. Unfortunately he does not install arsenic reduction system. He was very professional, honest, polite and informative, and provided me with a lot of information on water treatment systems in general. I would recommend him without any reservations.

We have a great deal of copper piping in our home that was springing leaks. Friot installed a water system that would change the ph level approx 5 years ago and we haven't had a problem since. Friot has since maintained the water system on a yearly basis and we are thrilled with the product and the service.

We were very pleased with Paul Friot's work. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.

The person with whom I spoke was familiar with my neighborhood and issues with the water there and, though we have not needed arsenic mitigation previously, he gave me new information regarding a change in the level at which mitigation would be needed. If mitigation is needed, I would definitely turn to Friots based on my experience with the company so far, their knowledge and professionalism.

Preliminary phone contact friendly and efficient. Site meeting scheduled quickly. Actual inspection of proposed work done efficiently, with paper copy of projected figures provided immediately. I would contact in the future for simialr needs!
