+ -1 moreI HAD CALLED SEVERAL SEPTIC COMPANIES. MOST NEVER RETURNED MY CALL, OTHERS COULDN'T HELP. THIS COMPANY IMMEDIATELY RETURNED MY CALL, AND INSTANTLY GOT ME IN TOUCH WITH A SPECIALIST I NEEDED. HE EVEN CALLED THE SPECIALIST WHILE I WAITED, GAVE THE SPECIALIST MY NUMBER, AND ASKED THEM TO FOLLOW UP WITH HIM SO HE COULD BE ASSURED THAT MY NEEDS WERE MET. THE SPECIALIST CALLED IMMEDIATELY, AND CAME THAT DAY. THIS COMPANY WAS EXCEPTIONALLY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL, EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T USE THEM FOR MY PROBLEM.

+ -1 moreRATTA DID NOT OFFER THE LOWEST PRICE FOR THIS JOB (PUMPING OUR 1500 GAL. SEPTIC TANK). HOWEVER, AFTER SPEAKING TO MANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS AND MANY OF MY NEIGHBORS WHO HAD USED BOTH RATTA AND OTHER SERVICES, I WAS CONVINCED RATTA WAS THE BEST VALUE. I''M STILL CONVINCED OF THAT. THE DRIVER WHO PERFORMED THE SERVICE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, CAREFUL, AND THOROUGH. I RECOMMEND THE COMPANY HIGHLY.
