Excellent. We chose Century because of the knowledge & experience of owners and staff. Their price was competitive, they provided options and education. Installation crew was very professional & worked efficiently, were courteous, flexible and very neat. Job started on schedule and finished ahead of schedule. Century then provided follow-up info.

Very helpful at the showroom, great guy came to measure.. Just decided to go with hardwood from a recommended family friend instead. Would deal with again in an instant.

One installer arrived a little later than the time window given, he worked diligently and finished earlier than expected. We were very satisfied with the work performed.

The quoting process was done quickly and a date was set up as soon as the material was ordered. They showed up on time and completed the job the following day. I had found one piece that looked defective, they came the next day and replaced it. I was extremely happy with the job that was done. I would highly recommend them.

We opted to purchase the tile ourselves online at a significantly lower price and hired someone to install it. Century did give us a more competitive price than their list but they could not get close to the on line price.

Our kitchen had 2 old layers of sheet vinyl and the entryway had tile. All of that flooring was taken up, a new sub-floor laid down and the LVT was installed. Overall the project took three days. On day one, all the old flooring was removed. Day two, the sub-floor was laid. Day three, the new flooring was installed. The result is a kitchen and entryway that look fantastic. We could not be happier with the result and with Century in general. We would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again.

It went well! Installer was prompt, arrived within time frame given. Installation took approximately 5 & 1/2 hours. Solo installer.

Thankfully, I choose to work with a local company that would be accountable for their work. And although the job has not gone smoothly, this company has at least been accountable and responsive. I had them install an expensive engineered wood because they said they had put lots over slab before, successfully. In my case it did not work, boards were buckling within weeks. MAJOR FAIL. Don't know if it is an install fail, a glue fail or a product fail. Recently, even a few of the nailed down boards popped up, and this is 4 months after install. They said they will stand by their work, and try to repair it all, but this is such a disaster I am thinking it may need to be totally replaced, in which case we'll see how they will stand behind their work. Will give you an update later, after a section is totally replaced, other sections glued down, again, etc. So far, they are being responsive and professional, that I will give them, but we have been totally inconvenienced and this has set the renovation back a lot, and it was not an inexpensive project. So when the job is satisfactorily done, I will give a final report and maybe change the grades.

Jean was very punctual and extremely professional. He evaluated the integrity of the tile flooring on his hands and knees, checking for loosening grout, cracked tiles, general safety issues. He found the flooring installation was not secure and some tiles were already cracked. Jean was very knowledgeable about types of tiles and installation methods that ensure long life for floors. Jean easily addressed all questions from myself as buyer of the property, and from two realty agents who were present. In this case, the flooring will need to be replaced and we will be using Century Carpet for that job. Their service is excellent!

Workers arrived on time. Went immediately to work. They did an amazing job. Floor looks great and we will be using them to install our upstairs baths in another month.

They match the lowest price I had from 3 different hardwood flooring places. Delivered on time.

I would recommend that the installers clean up a bit more following their work.

I have nothing but good things to say. He was able to removed the old carpet and install the new on both flights of stairs within the working day. I especially appreciated that he cleaned as he worked and then again at the end of the project. The install is beautiful. You can see the high level of skill that Brian has when you look at the carpet around the spindles. You cannot see any cuts in the carpet. We are very happy with the finished product. I should also note that the Century Carpet quote came in under the Empire quote

Removed and disposed of carpet and underlayment from two bedrooms and replaced with Interceramic - Sonora tile. They moved heavy furniture. Cleanup with a Wet/Dry vacuum before laying tile would have been appreciated.

We hired Century Carpet to install tile floors in our kitchen and bathrooms along with hardwood floors in our bedrooms. We found them to be very helpful when exploring different flooring options and choosing tiles. Their crew was professional and worked quickly to get the floors installed. Pricing was competitive, they were very responsive, and the floors look great. We're very happy with our decision to work with Century Carpet.

They did an excellent job on every aspect. No heavy sales push, lots of time to consider the options and took home many samples for a few days. There were many product lines to select from spanning a wide range of prices and the office team gave good advice on the trade-offs for us to consider. The install team was very professional, right on time, and quite careful of details, including stopping the squeaking in the floor boards. We would definitely recommend them to others.

They are wonderful. They came and did an estimate for everything. I needed all the furniture moved, leather couches, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, everything. They did a lot of work. I am quite happy.

I had Century Carpet come out after I had a significant amount of water damage and measure for new floors. Even though I had no idea what I would need in the end they came out to measure and offer up some suggestions. After damage clean up and working with the insurance company Century carpet owner Jean came out and met with the contractor to confirm what was needed and who was going to do what. Century gave me some great design advice when picking out the tile and grout for the house. They were on time, on budget and very professional all around. My thanks to Jean, Andrea, the installers and other office staff for all your work.

It's carpet - not much you can say about, but it looks good. Ordering and installation was quick, prices were decent.
