My interaction with them was just fine. They were friendly and gave an estimate in a prompt fashion. They had good follow-up as well.

Within an hour of my initial call for an estimate I was emailed an estimate that was right on the mark. When Kieth and Chris showed up, right on time, they efficiently and professionally packed up what needed to be moved, carefully wrapping and moving everything. When we arrived they went about moving and unpacking everything quickly and carefully, and took all of the wrapping trash with them. Everything done in the estimate window. These guys know w hat they are doing and good at it. Highly recommended!!!

The move went very well and I would certainly use them again

This move went better than any other move I have ever had with a moving company. Every team member was polite and exquisitely careful with all of our furniture. We have lots of wood furniture, and I was worried about the furniture being scratched or dented by a doorway. I did not ask them to be careful. I just watched- and the minute they began working, my fears were allayed. They wrapped each item carefully and did not hit any doorways. They were incredibly careful, and I was incredibly thankful because it took the stress out of my day! They also worked hard and efficiently and finished the day in less than the estimated 7 hours.

Excellent. I called Mercury moving, and right away spoke to Jessica Hennessy, one of the owners. She was extremely polite and professional. She collected information about our moving needs by phone, and then scheduled a time to come to our apartment to give a more accurate estimate of what our move would cost. We decided to hire Mercury to pack everything in our apartment (saved us a LOT of time, but with added cost) and move to our new home. The 2-person crew who did the packing was great (the kitchen was extremely well packed) and the 4-person crew for the move was great as well, polite and hardworking. They even dismantled and put together again the beds and the crib. The cost was almost dead on the estimate Jessica had given me, and they honored the Angie's List coupon even after I had signed the invoice. They are professional, responsive, and pleasant to work with. Costly, yes, but worth it for the peace of mind.

I will highly recommend Mercury Movers to all of my clients. They are professional, courteous, on time, and hard working. With all of the stuff that they packed and moved there was only one small item that broke. The piano had to be craned through a window and the crew was always looking to find a solution, not find a way out of doing a job. I even had a delivery of a washer and dryer, and when the delivery crew of the appliance store balked at the stairs, Mercury was willing to take over. They are terrific!

Everything was well documented and they gave me a lot of information. They were professional. It is a husband and wife family owned business. They had great attention to detail. They are very personable. They were very careful with our things.

I had used Mercury Moving & Storage in the past for a move within Massachusetts. I recently used them again for a move from Florida to Massachusetts. Jessica in the office was always quick to respond to my questions and kept me up to date on the timeline of the moving truck arrival. Pedro was the lead mover for both moves and was personable and took great care of our belongings. I have nothing but praise for the people at this company and would definitely use their services again. I have moved MANY times and this company stands apart from all others I have experience with.

Wonderful. They showed up on time. They treated our furniture, our house and us with great respect. They were very willing to move the furniture once it was placed in the new house until it was in the perfect spot. They were protective of our walls, carpets and hardwood floors. They even put the felt sliders on the bottom of furniture that was on the hardwood. One corner of the mattress got wet in the move (which was unavoidable since it was raining SO HARD). He was very apologetic, stayed additional time after the move was over and blew dry the corner of the mattress. We couldn't find our blow dryer, so he called his company to bring one over. Garry and his company were a true pleasure to work with.

Garry got back to me very promptly and agreed to come out to give an estimate for the move. His estimate was very competitive, and he was able to answer all of my questions promptly and easily. We opted for a different moving company only because they were highly recommended by friends and were more local, but Mercury was an excellent alternative. I was impressed by Garry's helpfulness.

These guys were extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. They had to move my stuff from a 3rd floor apartment to a 19th floor apartment. No problem. All the furniture was completely protected and the sundry items well packed. The price quoted was very reasonable and considerably lower than the 'larger'companies. These are the people you need to move you. They will definitely be on the top of my list should I move again.

I was very pleased with all aspects of the move. My furniture was well protected and my the movers were very careful with my newly redone floors. They put felt pads on all the feet of all of my furniture and the floors didn't get a single scratch. The movers were on time and very polite. One desk that contained particle board was cracked upon arrival, but still usable. The full service packing and unpacking was a strain on my budget, but was totally worth it!
