We would like to thank this customer for their review, as well as apologize for any dissatisfaction that occurred during our time together. For this particular customer, we provided carpentry services during the fall of 2011. These services included carpentry repairs and repainting of the front and side entrances, along with the basement windows. We are, however, surprised to receive this review over two years after the work was completed. Until this time we were unaware of this customer’s dissatisfaction. This is in part due to a customer feedback card obtained after the completed work expressing our excellent communication skills and their willingness to utilize our services again in the future. In fact, one of our painting estimators met this customer for an exterior painting estimate just last summer.
