Iza (primary architect) came highly recommended by the general contractor I hired to build an addition to my condo. Limited space required creative layout concepts for the new bathroom & dormer, while also matching the 1920s style original structure (windows, doors, trim, etc). Iza was very professional, responsive, and provided terrific suggestions and referred me to good contacts for ancillary questions that I had. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and understood immediately from our preliminary conversation and site visit the size, scope, and price range I was targeting for this construction project. Her pricing was very reasonable considering her extensive knowledge and experience. She work to the budget and timeline quoted, and kept me updated regularly on progress and concerns. She worked very well with the builders throughout the project. I was very happy with the work performed and would certainly hire Synnott Architects again in the future for any building design and drafting work I would need.
