Friendly personnel, English speaking leader, arrived in time frame expected though no call ahead which I'd requested. They did not bring a ladder! There was no standing around noted, but duplicate work was done, for example the large mirror was cleaned by the leader, then recleaned later by a different person. One of the walls was wiped down then wiped down again later by someone else. The floors were vacuumed but not under the baseboards. The heat fins needed vacuuming and don't appear as though they were touched. The bathroom shower upstairs was cleaned but not inside the empty vanity drawers. The grill at the bottom of the refridgerator was left dirty and the thermostat in the dining room is still dirty. Under the stove was not vacuumed and the backsplash under some of the kitchen cabinets was only cleaned as far as they could reach, not all the way into the corner. Most disappointing of all was the ceiling fans were not dusted. I specifically asked for this when I made the arrangements but learned after calling the office after the visit that the cleaners do not stand on ladders and only clean as high as they can reach. When I called the office with my concerns I was offered a revisit but declined since the cleaners weren't going to dust the ceiling fan hanging from the cathedral ceiling which I definitely want done. The dust is quite evident. In response to my concern the manager took off one hour of the cleaning which I thought was fair but I am still left feeling very disappointed that I paid over $600 and I can't honestly say $600 worth of work was done.

I use them because I couldn't clean any longer, and I've got so used to them that even though I can clean, I don't want to get rid of them because they are so good. I have four women come for that price. They are on time every time and their responsiveness is excellent. Most of those who come here are Hispanic, those who come to my house anyway, but the provider always sends one who can speak English enough to make sure that you can communicate with them.
