Forge

I have brought Forge into my home several times, most recently to work on our heat pump before a heat wave. They are always professional and courteous. I live in a small neighborhood and the Forge employees are respectful of my neighbors and are not disruptive. They understand the intricacies of the energy credit process and are a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Forge to anyone interested in improving their home.

Very satisfied with the work done and the overall professionalism of the team! We had Forge help install a ductless mini split unit for our basement. We had an older unit that stopped working so we were hoping the new unit could go in the same spot. A different company came by before and gave us an outrageous quote thinking that the unit needed to be moved to a different location. Forge took the time to investigate whether our ask was possible and talked through alternative plans if it was needed. Turns out it was totally possible to use the original spot! They did a pressure test to ensure there's no leak, helped vacuum out all the lines, and tested the drain pipe to make sure everything was good before they left. They were on time, efficient, and so easy to work with.

Forge Co installed an additional wall mounted unit to the existing multizone Mitsubishi heat pump. Not only did they do an amazing job, they also fixed some issues that were done by the initial contractor several years ago. This meant they had to spend an extra 2-3 hours more to make sure they test run units and repair/fix pre-existing plumbing issues, recovered refrigerant and Leak Test existing refrigeration line sets, initiate Vacuum Sequence and then charge with refrigerant. They only left once they were satisfied everything was in great working order. The 2 folks who worked on the project were very professional and polite and always kept in informed on what they were doing.

We spent months planning our basement remodel with the Forge team, even finding subcontractors to fill the gaps they didn't have in house (electrical and plumbing). We thought we were ready to start, only to have Forge back out at the last minute, setting us back months. While I'm glad they didn't start a project they didn't think they could finish, they wasted a huge amount of our time and money. Don't count on them.

Forge installed our new Heat pump and all its related HVAC services in collaboration with Elephant Energy, and they were absolutely stellar with their performance! All members of the team were professional, courteous, extremely nice and worked incredibly hard to finish the project despite the difficulties encountered with our older house. We highly recommend Forge based on a wonderful experience with them!
