Clearwater Spa Company

Called the company twice throughout the week. Both times was told that somebody would get back to me, but nobody ever did. That's the extent of my experience.

Simply put, They WAY overcharge. We've had a Hot-tub for over 20 years, and in all those years, no one has ever charged near what Clearwater does. To replace a $40 part in twenty minutes ( or less ) time, they billed us $125. for the part, and $ 230. for labor !!! In our many years of experience dealing with many service providers, we typically see $ 80. or more per hour of service . Their labor price breaks down to $660. PER HOUR !! They were prompt and polite in calling me back to explain, but basically told me "Thats what they charge to keep in business " . With freezing temps at night we had no choice but to deal with this Carpetbagging company. I lost our old service provider's contact info , and so wish we had it now. Never gain will we patronize them, and unless you have money to burn, neither should you.

Clearwater was great. They were able to squeeze a service call in during a busy period and diagnosed why my spa was not running (improperly wired GFCI and bad breaker). I will definitely use Clearwater again. Not many spa techs that will work on older Saratoga Spas. Convenient scheduling and payment and great follow up support.

My experience has gone very well. The staff is professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company to others.
