Horrible, absolutely horrible. DO NOT use this company. Company charges $289 to come out and look at your hot tub with the claim that the $289 will be applied to the total repair cost. Once they finally came to my house in mid July to look at the tub, the tech identified the issue right where I directed it was leaking. He stated it would take roughly a week to get the part and I paid the $289. Once they had my money, then began the total lack of any communication or ignoring my calls, emails and texts. One no show appointment, then every excuse from "wrong parts delivered" to "the parts on backorder". Once I call BS and gave them two suppliers where the parts were in stock - no further communication from them at all. Contacted my credit card company and filed a fraud dispute and got refunded my money as these crooks clearly had no intention of ever returning to perform an actual repair.

Horrible! This business is practically not functioning.... They did an initial visit to replace a defective pump - apparently it started smoking upon installation(?) and they claimed it was defective. And then they were nowhere to be found... for months! Left multiple voice messages that were never returned and for weeks the voicemail box was full. After another frustrating experience with an appointment (that I had been trying to schedule for 3 weeks once I managed to get in touch with someone) owner told me that she's been out sick for a few months - really sorry to hear! But basically this business was not functioning for months and then not much better at getting things done after the owner is back.

Two months past the service date and my hot tub is not yet fixed. One part was ordered, they came back and it wasn't the issue. Then another part was ordered and they called for us to be home for service. We had to empty the hot tub and we waited all day and no one showed up. We called twice and no service people responded. We now have to find another company to help us. Will never call again.

First of all, they were very responsive. They came when they said they would, and gave us the quote to finish the work. We used to trust New England Spas and Sunrooms for all service to our tub, but they broke the light fixture the last time they came out to service it and quoted a price over $2,000 to fix the problem. Clearwater gave us a fair quote and fixed the problem with no hassle whatsoever. I would highly recommend their service.

I found Clear Water through Angies List about 6 months ago when i needed to find someone to clean, repair and refill my hot tub. They were so good, that I called them again now for the winter service. They responded to my service request within a day. Not only did they schedule an appointment immediately, but they also accommodated my need to reschedule in a timely manner. The service person called a half hour before showing up and was on time. He explained what he was dfoing and made recommendations based on our use of the hot tub. I actually learned quite a bit about how to use the chemicals and to keep my hot tub in good shape. I felt that the service was outstanding and I only hope that they will be in business for a long time so that I can use them more over the years.

They came out very quickly and solved the problem right away without me having to call them many times. They were very responsive and diagnosed the problem accurately. They were very personable and professional. Their price seemed reasonable. I would recommend them to other people. I would use them again in the future.
