+ -1 moreMark replaced an amplifier in my Mini Cooper and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. He was extremely knowledgeable and did excellent work. He even went out of his way to point out an issue with the car that was unrelated to the sound system, which I really appreciated. I have already recommended him to friends and family, and will use his company again without hesitation should the need arise.
Description of Work: Replaced an amplifier in a Mini Cooper.

+ -1 moreMark was a pleasure to deal with. From my initial contact through to the eventual installation, he was prompt and thorough in his responses to my various questions. The installation was done at his workshop in Newton on a Saturday morning and only took a little over a hour. He was a comfortable waiting room with wifi. The new systems works great; Mark even fixed a few things with the car that had nothing to do with the installation he was working on. I would highly recommend Mark and would not hesitate to use him again. The quality of the workmanship was very high.
Description of Work: Installed new car audio system with blue tooth and well-positioned microphone. This was installed in a 2006 Toyota Highlander

+ -1 moreMark asked a number of questions over the phone to diagnose the problem with my remote starter which helped him understand the problem as well as I believe resolve the problem most efficiently. He was punctual in getting back to my calls regarding scheduling and on the day of service. His fee for the service performed seemed very reasonable. This is now my go to service provider for remote starters and after market auto accessories.
Description of Work: Audio Answer Reprogrammed the remote starter unit in my car enabling it to function correctly.

+ -1 moreAs Mark predicted, the dealer said there was no warranty any more, but I asked a few more questions that Mark had recommended, and I was able to get the name and number of the installation company. When I called the installation company with the info I got from the dealer, turns out, my DVD player is still under warranty and I can get it repaired for free! Thank you for your help, Mark. Not many people would offer such good advice and talk themselves out of work. You did a mitzvah today.
Description of Work: The DVD in my car isn't working, and I have no idea what is involved to fix it. I found Audio Answer here and looked up the more extensive reviews on Yelp, all of which were quite good. I sent him an e-mail, and he responded first thing on Monday morning. (My mail was sent at 10pm Sunday night. I think that is a very quick response) He told me to send a picture or bring it by and he would talk about the options. I visited the office instead, since I was in the area. He explained that the original installer may have a 36 month warranty on the DVD player, and gave further information about the inner workings of car dealers and audio car repairs. I took this advice, called the auto dealer that handled the original installation.
