NES Movers

I used NES mover's (Nick) twice. Both the times Nick exceeded my expectations. Great moving. He and his team is professional, fast and careful. I don't remember writing review for anybody. But Nick's awesome work has compelled me to write a review. I recommend NES movers for anyone in New England area. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Nick for exceptionally great service.

Excellent service. Nick talks fast and works even faster. He and his crew were on time and handled everything carefully and quickly.

They loaded a 28 foot truck in four hours without damage on either end. We were thrilled with their service and would hardily recommend them to anyone thinking of movingl.

What a WONDERFUL experience! They arrived EXACTLY on time with a 3 man team (Ron, Jay, and Herman). They introduced themselves first and asked us to show them around so they knew exactly what was where and could plan accordingly. Most of the time 2 men moved items while 1 stayed in the truck to organize and securing everything, but their team work was awesome and they shifted jobs seamlessly whenever necessary to get the job done efficiently. They were careful with every item and everything arrived in perfect condition with not a scratch on it. That's not all though... they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Not only did they take apart our dining table, bed, and storage shelves, and put it all perfectly back together they also put all of our basement storage bins BACK ON THE SHELVES in the new place! (Herman did a great job of fitting everything onto the shelves so we didn't have to deal with a giant mass of bins and boxes on the basement floor). Herman also noticed that our coffee table was wobbly and tightened the legs for us without being asked! Additionally, when we arrived at the new place we discovered my dining room rug had been delivered. Without being asked, Herman brought it upstairs, opened it and put it down on the floor for me. It turns out the rug was rolled poorly at the factory and there were a lot of kinks and wrinkles in it... Herman and Jay literally laid on my floor trying to flatten the rug for me, and then piled some of the heavier dining and kitchen boxes on the wrinkles to help flatten them out! Wow! At the end of the move we received a 10% discount through the Angie's List coupon. Just note that you can't get the discount unless you actually have the printed piece of paper with the coupon on it. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I would highly recommend NES Movers to anybody that has to move and don't want to rely on friends and family. They showed up right on time, were professional, courteous, efficient and packed that truck like nobody's business! They had three stops - an apartment, a storage unit and a house - and I really couldn't believe how hard these three guys worked and how much they got done in the amount of time they did. At the house they had to sidestep the painters that were finishing up and the mattresses that were being delivered! Superb movers!!

This was the second time we used NES Movers. The movers were all very professional. Nick, the owner, was right on the dot with his time, space and price estimate. They did a quick walkthrough of the house and made note of any fragile items.The four movers- Ron, Jeff, Todd and Ed arrived on time, were friendly and worked quickly despite the 90-degree heat. The entire house was packed up within 6 hours. We are looking forward to using them again to unload our belongings at our new home.

Nick is the owner and I love him. He was on time, fast and clean. There's not one negative thing I could say. He's terrific and wonderful. I would definitely recommend him to anybody.

I cannot say enough good things about Nick and his company. The team that moved me arrived on time and was friendly and fun - we all know moving can be a pain - but theses guys actually made it a good time! They were FAST FUN COURTEOUS CAREFUL and PROFESSIONAL and the price was very reasonable - i'd even say it was more than fair. There was a team of 4 guys - really nice guys. They took tender loving care of all of my stuff and nothing arrived either damaged or broken. They helped place my large furniture pieces exactly where i wanted them - even tolerated my "a few mire inches to the right" stuff. I wish I could give a rating higher than an A - they are A+++++++++! I highly recommend NES movers - it was a great experience!

Nick and his crew arrived promptly when they said they would. They loaded their truck quickly and efficiently, and were friendly despite blazing heat and problems with the elevators at the apartment complex. They were able to expertly disassemble and reassemble antique, heirloom furniture easily. Due to the amount of stuff we had, the size of the truck needed was underestimated, and a second trip was required, but Nick immediately offered to work out the cost appropriately. At our new home, NES movers were very mindful of our newly installed hardwoods, and took extra care when felt padding and placing items not to damage them. Neither our floors nor any of our items were damaged in the move. I would recommend NES to anyone, and certainly use them again for any moves!

I called late afternoon on wed for a thurs job but they were booked. they squeezed me in early morning anyway before their already scheduled job of the day (because I needed things done that day). Nick, showed up on time (even 10 minutes early) with his team of 2 (eric and todd) and a good sized yellow truck.. Introductions and paperwork took just few minutes if that. They got right to it taking care with my things (noting fragile items etc.). All very respectful of my things and personable. Nick directs his team with enthusiasm and doesn't waste time pondering things because he has the "can do" attitude TOTALLY. They packed the truck with care using pads (they provided) and retaping boxes when necessary. You can tell he has seen it all and has had a lot of experience so with every request I had he was quick to the mark. They arrived at 6:50 and at 8:45 we were off to my storage unit for unloading and repacking; and the moveable storage unit in my driveway was all packed up and ready to go, too. I only wish I hired him earlier so I could have had them for longer, I could have had them move my kayaks and canoe!

They were excellent very pleased with the service. Nick was very good to work with, he was very professional. His staff that moved me was quick, they showed up on time. They were very helpful in moving my furniture and not leaving until evertyhing is where I wanted it. They were very thorough and if I move again I would definetley, DEFINETLY use them again.

Ron Sr., Geoffry, Jay were there early which I liked. And they went right to work. They were quick, careful, respectable and friendly. They handled all of our belongings with care and made sure nothing was missed. I would recommend this team to anyone. It was a great experience.

Nick Ramos and his crew (Todd, Eric C, Eric D.) were absolutely superb. We dreaded moving day, as we were aware of the nightmarish incidents that often occur, but we must say that, from start to finish, our move was actually a pleasant experience. Two trucks showed up exactly on time; we were introduced by the owner, Nick, to his workers (a very important ingredient to s successful move). The men were personable, knowledgeable, and entirely professional. They worked efficiently and handled everything with the kind of care and concern that made it seem as if they were moving their own possessions. Amazingly, nothing in the house was even scratched and there was no damage whatsoever to the furniture. Nick the owner has a terrific rapport with his crew and there was wonderful cooperation and communication throughout. No one swore or used any kind of inappropriate language! Everything was moved out of the house in about two hours; and it took even less time for the furniture to be moved into storage. To our pleasant surprise, the bill was significantly lower than the original estimate. We wholeheartedly recommend Nick Ramos and have already encouraged our daughter to use his services when she is ready to move.

GREAT. Nick and his team were punctual, friendly, careful, considerate, and quick. They were right on time and wasted no time at all getting started. They moved quickly and efficiently, but were very careful and respectful of our things (and of our dog, who likes to get in everyone's way). There some things we hadn't wrapped up for moving and they took care of it no problem with no extra charge. Everything arrived safely and intact at our new home and NES was in and out of there in no time. My husband and I were both very happy with their services and would definitely use them again.

These guys are serious business when it comes to moving. Nick was great from start to finish and sent out his "A-Team" to pack my POD in Waltham. All 3 guys were super polite and knowledgable and looked after all of our stuff really well. They knew exactly how to pack the POD correctly so it wouldn't shift and they brought a bunch of stuff to tie it down aswell. This was a long carry move, as the POD Container was down 3 levels and 500 feet away in a parking lot across the street. They loaded the stuff onto a small truck and then drove it to the POD to load it in - very efficient, would have taken forever otherwise. All in all i could not recommend these guys highly enough

Nick and all of his employees were responsive, professional and personable. There was much work to be done that required a second visit. Preparing our house for showing and selling in a 2 week timeframe was very stressful but made a bit easier by NES.

Awesome. That is all I have to say. Nick / Todd / Jay are amazing people. They gave a very honest estimate of what the work might take, came in and did the packing ahead of the move, and moved us across town + put stuff in storage till we move back. No breaks, no time wasting, just straight getting the job done. I received multiple quotes for the job and Nick's was the best laid out and turns out also the the most affordable. We saved around 30% or more by using them. Here are a few things you will like 1. They handle your possessions with extreme care - electronics / glass / fragile or exensive items / utensils / pans/ drawers / beds / furniture... you name it and they do an amazing job of packing it, loading and unloading things. 2. They are timely - if the appt is 8:00 AM, they will be there before time. Also, I didnt see them take a single break in 8 hours ! Unbelievable. 3. They are courteous - never take anything for granted. If they have te slightest doubt, they will ask you immediately. 4. They get the job done - multiple floors, no issues. Disassembling furniture and assembling it back again in the new house - they are furniture ninjas ! 5.They are looking to take away any stress related to moving. They make moving easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

It always has gone like clockwork, and has been pleasant and efficient. These people like their work and get it done quickly and well.

I lived in an apartment on the second floor and was moving to a small house. They arrived on time, were nice and polite, worked in tandem and were extremely careful with my furniture. They loaded, drove to the house and unloaded in 3 hours. They actually were 15 minutes under. I asked them to move furniture to the basement that I had in the house already and they were happy to do so. I would definitely use them again. Thank you!

NES was referred to me by Moving Staffers, an affiliated company of ABF U-Pack Moving. My first contact was with Nick who answered all my questions and explained the entire process. Then, the night before the move, Nick called to confirm my appointment for 2 men to load the ABF trailer with my already packed boxes and belongings. On the day of the move, Todd and Jay showed up a half hour early and asked if it was OK to begin the loading. I agreed, and although they were contracted for 4 hours, they completed the job in 3.5 hours. Todd and Jay were familiar with ABF procedures and explained what I needed to do, step by step. Todd and Jay were friendly but hard workers. They asked if any items needed special handling and packed the truck carefully and professionally. Todd and Jay worked consistently until the truck was packed. There were no breaks and no surprises. They recommended extra items needed as they packed and explained the involved charges before they proceeded. Todd and Jay asked permission on ANYTHING that was extra and were prepared with the needed materials. I would recommend NES Movers in a heartbeat. These guys are hardworking, making an honest living, with their skills and experience as movers. As a recommendation, have all your items carefully packed in labeled boxes as it makes the time spent go much faster and is more organized.

Rick and Jeff arrived early, and after taking a quick look at what there was to move, went right to work. They were very professional in all aspects. I was amazed at how much they could pack in one container. No space was wasted. They really knew what they were doing. They took great care when packing my furniture, consulting with me about how I preferred them to place thing. They also were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with as was Nick Ramos who booked the job. The price was very reasonable for the amount of stuff they moved (both furniture and heavy books) in such a short amount of time (about $400 for about 4 hours). I would definately recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

We had a delivery truck arrive at our house with a 650 pound table with no ramp or lift and one person! We called Excellent Movers and they said they could arrive within and hour and a half! We ended up needing them to bring their truck and pick up our delicate merchandise from the warehouse, which they did with very little notice. They were perfectly on time, very fast, clean and professional.

I found NES Movers on Angie's List and selected them because they had great reviews. Nick was very responsive and returned my call almost immediately. When I had to reschedule for another date, Nick was very accommodating and called to confirm the time on the day before the move, which I appreciated. Ron and Jeff arrived on time. Moved several large fitness equipment, heavy office files and many household items into a 12ft PODS container. They were efficient and professional. They were great and we definitely recommend their excellent service.

The movers were responsive to our time constraints, prompt, efficient, careful, and friendly. Highly recommended. The price was fair and the job was well done. What else could you ask for?
