Description of Work: Let me start by saying i called the office in Millbury, not in Auburn. Not sure if they are the same but wanted to be accurate. I wanted a price on putting in some bushes and doing some landscaping on a house I recently bought. I called on June 3rd and the woman I spoke with said they were busy and they could not get out to give me a price for 18 days. They are a local company and I wanted to work with someone from the same town because I have many more projects to do. The day they were supposed to show up, no one came. I called the office at 4:00 PM. A lady named Barbara callede back at 4:30 and told me no one would be coming today, so I asked about the next day and her reply was "no one would be coming today, no one will be coming tomorrow, and no one would be coming in the foreseeable future." Perhaps if I wanted to wait 2 to 3 more weeks someone MIGHT show up to give me a price. I was a bit upset with her response and told her I would go on social media and let others no my story and bash her and the company. Her response to that was "Bash away, have a nice day." Well Mike Lynch you lost a lot of business that day because I'll never use you again
