Description of Work: Sealed all basement window wells. Dug down several feet to apply sealant. Removed old oil tank connection and sealed them off.

 + -1 morePaul did an outstanding job on the sumps and filling the cellar wall cracks. Sump pits were precisely cut and finished with concrete after sump cover installed - look very professional. Paul took his time and great care in filling the wall cracks - very good job! We have a generator and sumps worked great during Hurricane Irene - cellar floor was completely dry, no leaks whatsoever in walls.
Description of Work: installed sump pump in cellar and repaired cellar walls with epoxy in 2011. Installed second sump pump (as backup) in 2012.

 + -1 moreI got referred to Gold Seal through another company on Angie's list. I requested a quote for external waterproofing of my basement. Paul, the owner, was able to give me a per square foot estimate over the phone and was flexible in regards to coming out the site and doing the job. He also appears willing to travel because I believe he is located in the Worcester area and I live in the Lowell area. Long story short: 1) Paul was timely. 2) Professional 3) And he did a nice job. I should also mention: I ran the numbers on the square footage he charged me (I teach high school math) and his numbers were honest. So I had a positive experience with Gold Seal and I would recommend them without hesitation. Hope people find this helpful.....
Description of Work: New Construction: Waterproofing of exterior foundation wall before backfilling. A good size foundation.
