He was on time, identified the problem quickly and fixed it needing only a quick trip to get a part he needed. Very pleased with his work.

Advanced Energy concepts sent me an email and followed up with a call to me. They scheduled an appointment for me within 2 days even though I didn't have a major issue or problem. Their fee was reasonable and their technician was very accommodating looking at and evaluating several issues that I had with the furnace. All in all, I would definetly call them again.

Scheduling with this company was a lot easier than the other recommendations. The home that needed repair is in MASS and I live currently in GA. I had to schedule a day/time that would work with my realtor and Adv. Energy was very accommodating. Plus, and most important, they did a wonderful job accessing the problem and applying the repairs on the same day. I would highly recommend this company to others.

After getting quotes from several contractors, I decided to go with Advanced Energy Concepts because they had the most professional quote with several options and they also carried the brand boiler I wanted to have installed. They were also reasonable with the pricing and were very professional in getting the project completed in a very short time. The installers Doug and Mike did an outstanding job replacing all the piping for the water, gas, and electrical connections, which were all brand new high quality components. I am very,very happy with the job and would highly recommend Advanced Energy to anyone in need of thier service!

Excellent and prompt service. I had a small leak in the freon tube of my central air unit which basically rendered it useless. The repairman arrived on time., and quickly went to work. He explained to me in plain english what the various problems could be and after spending a few hours diagnosing the problem, he found the leak somewhere in the unit itself. He quickly fixed it. He was definately an expert and quite knowledgeable in HVAC. A real pro. The price was very reasonable. I would use these guys again and would recommend them to others.

Aside from a scheduling delay due to a late start, I was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the service repairs. An additional day was needed for project completion because of another customer's emergency request. The plumber was very polite and courteous and did a nice job on my 3 cellar projects (sewer pipe repair, outside faucet repair, sump pump re-route). I would recommend Advanced Energy Concepts.

Sean ar Advanced Energy is extremely knowledgeable about air conditioning systems and duct work. He did not try to oversell me and took time to explain everything. He was very specific on the quote and the pricing was good. Rather then jump into a bigger system we went with new larger duct work to increase airflow. The work was done in a timely professional manner. The result is cooler / dryer air from existing condenser. These folks are top notch.

The tech was great, knew his craft and was friendly and clean.
