Description of Work: My issue is with the measuring stage. I had scheduled a measurement. They said I would get a call the "day of" between 7-9am. I tried to get a window before the day of the measure so I could plan my day. I was told that is not possible. They called at 7:30 am and told me they would be here between 5-7 pm. I had to set aside my whole day, from which they had 10 hours to choose, only to find they couldn't come until between 5-7pm adding another 2 hours to the day I had already set aside. I changed plans from 7-5 to make myself available to them to begin with. I was then told that I could reschedule for another day. Why would I do that and take the chance of wasting another day all over again? People work and can't drop everything for Home Depot. I find it unacceptable, disrespectful of a customer's time and unrealistic on Home Depot's part to expect that of their customers.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID NOT PUT FLASHING ON THE WINDOWS IN THE ATTIC. WE HAVE WATER DAMAGE ON THE CEILINGS AND WALLS. THEY WILL NOT FIX IT OR PAY FOR IT. I THINK THIS COMPANY DID A TERRIBLE JOB.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY GOT THE WHOLE JOB DONE IN A LITTLE MORE THAN A DAY. THEY ALSO HONORED THE AGREED UPON ESTIMATE, THAT THEY HAD GIVEN TO ME.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A SIX-FOOT CEDAR FENCE AROUND MY PROPERTY.
