Tiago and Junia are wonderful. They are an honest, ethical, hardworking duo. Tiago has the ability and staff to ensure your project will be done correctly. He has talented subs which are not always easy to find in today’s world. You will not meet a more dedicated, conscientious contractor. You may have to nudge him to meet your deadline but any delays are worth the wait. To be fair, many delays were our fault for changes we made. He was patient and accommodating. The finished project is outstanding.

Tiago and his team originally renovated our main bathroom, and we loved their work so much that we called them to install a bathroom in our basement. The team is courteous and respectful of our space. They are always timely in their work, and receptive to any concerns we have had during the work on both of our bathrooms.

Tiago and his team are terrific! From the initial quoting experience (dealing with our insurance appraiser) to the quality of his teams’ work, he exceeded expectations. I especially appreciated how clean his guys were… at the end of each work day it was hard to tell they were there except for the progress and wonderful work. I am going to use him again as my “go to” contractor.

Tiago and crew were professional and very attentive to our every need. They were hardworking (often 7 am-7 pm) and even came in on Saturdays and Sundays to get the job done! It is hard to be with without a bath and kitchen so it was nice to get it done in a timely manner....Tiago is the best at coordinating floor, electrical, plumbing, inspections, etc. Spring Remodeling is the way to go!

Tiago and his team are excellent. Great attention to detail and they've done multiple projects for me. I've also recommended them to friends and family. One of my favourite projects to date was a redesign and remodel in my foyer and main staircase. I had a dangerous older staircase and tiago's team got it out and built beautiful stairs, stained them and repaired a 178 year old railing and spindles that accompanied the original stairs. Repaired plaster cracks on my walls and ceiling and painted. The icing on the cake Was a closet that was added to the right of the staircase where there was nothing before and it came in the form of custom cabinetry. I look forward to working with them again.
