+ -1 moreThe man from the company was very nice and personable; too bad the work that Mr Gutter performed was absolutely sub par. They removed several downspouts, which caused water to back up last winter and create an ice dam that leaked into our bedroom and bathroom. The new gutters they added did not have the helmets on them. I've had several handymen out to look at the gutters/roof and all were able to identify very specific challenges related to the slope of our roof and gutter downspout direction that one would THINK would be obvious to a GUTTER COMPANY. Stay far far away unless you like spending money on gutters because you'll need to pay someone to fix whatever work they do.
Description of Work: Gutters on house and garage were supposed to be replaced with gutters with "helmets" or screens to keep leaves out and reduce cleaning in Fall.

+ -1 moreI HAVE BROKEN SHINGLES HANGING OFF OF MY HOUSE. I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET a HOLD OF THE COMPANY TO GET THE SHINGLES REPAIRED. I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
Description of Work: I HAD MY GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS REPLACED.
