+ -1 moreHe gave a lifetime warranty on some gutters he sold us 6 years ago and they already failed. They don’t work. When he came out to fix the problem, he slashed the gutters to clean them out. We are out of $1200. And I have a guarantee.
Description of Work: He installed gutters that were supposed to be insured for a lifetime.

Description of Work: What service? Appointments were blown off, with no phone calls and we were dumb enough to keep pursuing them. Everytime they said they would show up, they did not. My advice, Do Not Bother calling, start with someone else and save yourself frustration and time.

+ -1 moreTHEY TORE THE REDWOOD OFF MY HOUSE WHILE THEY WERE INSTALLING THE GUTTERS, AND REFUSED TO FIX IT. THE GUTTERS LEAK AND CLOG EASILY. THEY FLOOD THE YARD EVERY TIME IT RAINS. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED THE GUTTERS ON MY HOUSE.

+ -1 moreINITIALLY CONTACTED MR. GUTTER ABOUT HAVING OUR GUTTERS CLEANED, AND SOME GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS FIXED, DURING THE FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER 2004. AT THE TIME, THE COMPANY SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT TO OUR HOUSE WITHIN 2 WEEKS FOR GUTTER CLEANING. THREE WEEKS LATER, WE CALLED THEM AND THEY THEN SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER THAT BUT DID NOT SHOW UP. THE DAY AFTER THEY DID NOT SHOW UP, WE CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WERE SORRY BUT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO COME FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. FINALLY SHOWED UP AT THE END OF DECEMBER TO INSTALL SOME GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS ON THE BACK LEFT SIDE OF THE HOUSE(THIS WORK WAS FINISHED AND DONE WELL), BUT DID NOT PERFORM ANY GUTTER CLEANING AT THIS TIME NOR DID THEY EVER CALL BACK TO RESCHEDULE A NEW TIME TO COME BACK OUT TO CLEAN THE GUTTERS.
Description of Work: TWO JOBS WERE TO BE DONE BY THE SAME COMPANY. ONE, CLEAN ALL GUTTERS, WHICH WAS NOT DONE(SEE COMMENTS), AND TWO, GUTTER REPAIR AND INSTALLATION, WHICH WAS ACTUALLY DONE(THE $275.00 WORK).
