As mentioned above, this was an extensive and involved project. The job required a lot of prep work, including removing numerous trees and carefully moving heavy equipment in such a way as to cause the least amount of damage to the surrounding property. It was also quite challenging to tear down portions of an existing structure and build on to what remained. The job took about a year.. Throughout the project, Jesse worked closely with us to try to keep on budget. All of Maynard's subs were professional and enjoyable to work with. What could have been a huge 12-month-long headache with another contractor turned out to be a collaborative and interesting experience. Jesse acted as if he cared as much as we did about getting the job done right. He's also worked with us to address any issues that cropped up after us living in the house for a few months. Many of the people we spoke with beforehand who had worked with Jesse Maynard gave him and his crew glowing reviews. We thought they'd been paid to say what they did! After working with these guys this past year, I concur. They're terrific. I would use them again without reservation, and would recommend them to anyone.

Maynard Construction completed a basement remodel a few years ago. The crew was professional and always arrived on time. Project went as scheduled. Contractor made a recommendation to encapsulate the electrical system with a corner cabinet. This seemed like a good idea, but we didn't realize there would be so much difficulty with access. Suggest to get detailed agreement on work to be done and cost so you're not blindsided by rising costs at the end. Overall, we were satisfied with the result.
