I just had a 1998 blue plaid Broyhill sofa (Fontana) reupholstered in a high performance cream fabric by Ron and Scott. They did a fabulous job! The piping on the seats and rolled arms along with the box skirt was right on! I highly recommend them. They even picked up and dropped off.

I have a wooden frame platform rocker that is over 100 years old. Ron and Scot did a fabulous job cleaning the wood and reupolstering the body. I could not be more pleased with the result.If anyone is looking to have any reupolstery done,look no further than Masterson's.

I recently had two armchairs reupholstered and could not be happier with the experience. I waited a few weeks for my job to come up, but it was well worth the wait. The communication, service, price, pick-up and delivery were all excellent. I almost want to keep this company a secret, but neighbors were kind enough to share it with me, so I'm letting the secret out. I will most definitely use them again.

I contacted them through the internet and they were very responsive. I got an estimate online w a picture I emailed (great!). I dropped off the chair and said I could wait. 3 weeks later I checked in. Not done but maybe another 1-2 weeks. It was done in time for Super Bowl (yay!). Price was decent. What I didn’t like was the glue on the arm of the chair. That’s my main reason for being unsure about using them again. The time to repair was ok and they were all pleasant to work w.

A year ago, I took my late wife's chair--a 25+ year old La-Z-Boy swivel rocker--to Masterson Upholstery in Pawtucket to have it reupholstered. They replaced all the foam while they were in the business, and honestly, when I got it home, it felt as good as new--and still does. So in December, I took my recliner, which we bought at the same time for our first apartment, to Masterson's to have it given the same treatment to go into the corner of my study. Oh. My. God. They even restained and revarnished the wood pieces. It was the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in when we bought it. It is the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in again. The work isn't cheap--each one cost me what I would have paid for a new chair, albeit of lesser quality. But getting these two workhorses back in the line-up was worth the price.

First off, they are so incredibly nice and are more than willing to answer any questions or concerns. They came over, wrote an estimate, picked it up that same day, and a few months later (they were super BUSY so it was awesome that they fit me in) it arrived in amazing condition! They took it down to the springs and brought it back to life, including making brand new cushions and even made me extra pillows with some leftover material! There was a lot of tufting and tiny details and they paid attention to every singe one. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! (Also, these before/after photos really just don't do it justice -- it's velvet so it's kind weird to photograph)

It went very well from start to finish. The owner spent over an hour with me looking at new fabrics and helping me figure out how to coordinate the piece with the newly painted room it was going into. He was also upfront about how long the job would take because of the Christmas backlog--I went in at the beginning of December. Some people might have promised earlier delivery and then apologized for the delay later. He didn't--and I appreciated that. The piece was ready when he said it would be. And the work was beautifully done--virtually like a new chair. The stitching and piping are precisely done. He says it should be good for another 25-30 years--and I believe him. The color fits the room perfectly. I'm sitting in it as I write this, a week after I picked it up. I use it a lot because it is once again the comfortable chair it was when we first bought it. It really makes its new space work. I have a second chair that needs similar work done. I'll be taking it here.

Masterson's did a fantastic job with our chaise lounge. I have had our chair for over 10 year, and they completed revived it. They helped us pick the right fabric, and even repadded the chair. After received our new piece, we even had pillows redone to match. Very happy with their service.

They come your house, look at your furniture, and give the estimate for free. They also pick up and deliver the furniture for free. It is a family owned business and they are the type of people you are not afraid to have in your home. They are super nice, professional and smart.

Overall it went really, really well - everyone was punctual, courteous, and understood almost all of what I wanted.

NEXT TIME I THINK I WILL JUST BUY NEW FURNITURE. THEY DID AN ALRIGHT JOB ON THE COUCH AND CHAIR, BUT I JUST WASN'T THAT IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THEY LOOK. THE PEOPLE WERE NICE ENOUGH, BUT I STILL DON'T THINK I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
