Justin Alfred, Electrician

We hired Justin to work a job for us. He did a really great job and we enjoyed his services and were looking forward to have him do other stuff in our home when the time came. Everything was done quick, and his assistant in particular was super helpful showing us how things work. We then wanted to hire him again when power went out in a room after our boiler broke and we lost heat. I had to cancel 3 times over 3 weeks (I do feel bad) because our house still was not safe to enter (lots of oil smoke in the air) and we were still waiting for professional cleaners to arrive. The situation was super fluid and we were working with insurance to get time tables set up. This was communicated to Justin. I gave Justin 2 hours notice the first time and apologized. Upon looking at texts, Justin was in the area and it was convenient for him. The second time and third time I gave him more than a days notice and apologized that we still had to put things off (it was out of our control). I then got an angry call from Justin demanding to be paid a service fee. There was no notice of a cancellation policy of any type mentioned anywhere at all, Justin just decided to spring this on us when we are still evacuated from our home. Never seen someone so unprofessional and go after such an obvious money grab. Justin seems really nice, but beware, he will throw things on you when it is convenient for him to make a quick buck.
