Rick was excellent. He got in touch right away with me. He put a dining room table back together for a friend to whom I had given my dining room set. He arrived at her house on time and spent over an hour putting the table with two leaves that folded up underneath back together. She said he was very nice and did a good job. She did have to get some pledge to lube the gear mechanism so the leaves could be used. She was so very happy to have the table set up in her dining room.

My Lab went on a chewing spree and damaged some of my furniture and bannister on stairs. Called Furniture Techs and Rick Pariseau came out and gave me an estimate on each item to be repaired. Very fair price and he came out on Columbus to do the repairs in a very timely fashion. The workmanship was excellent. I was astonished that one could not tell that damage was done. Thank you Rick , a very personable and gifted person.

My favorite recliner broke. I had another company come out and look at it and they told me that it couldn't be fixed. Well Richard comes out and looks at it and say, "Sure, I can fix that!". He finished the job in about 15 minutes. Service was incredible! I would highly recommend this guy. The other guy charged me more than double to tell me that he couldn't fix it. Richard fixed it for half the price.

It was as great experience. My recliner (10 years old) needed repair of a couple of spring that had broken in back of chair. Footrest seat cushion and lumbar support needed more stuffing, after all this time the had lost volume. It is now a brand new chair! I cannot believe what they could do to make it feel like a new chair. They also applied conditioner to the leather. Awesome!!!!

The repair guy is very knowledgeable to identify the issue and provided detailed charges involved.

He was absolutely fantastic. He matched my the chair that I needed to refinished some sun bleached wicker furniture I had on my porch, and he matched the 2 chairs exactly to the furniture that wasn't faded out.

To whom it may concern: RE: evaluation of services provided by Furniture Techs. Richard Parriseau was the tech that came to my home. He repaired six dining room chairs for me. I asked him to look at my oak, curved railing that was not properly installed in 1985. He took the problem on and when he came back with my chairs he offered me a price to repair the railing system. I agreed to have that work done as well. He repaired a complex ongoing problem for us. Mr. Parrisseau manifested an incredible work ethic. He offered me dates and times that he would be here; we set appointments, he arrived timely, and did exactly what he said he would in a very efficient manner. He showed care and concern for the surroundings that he was in. He cleaned the environment upon completion. Although he is a true professional, he has a friendly manner and is very easy to talk with. My husband and I are very impressed with his work and grateful for his service. We would and will recommend Furniture Techs to friends.
