I had to cancel the first appointment at the last minute and Rick just rolled with it saying no problem. He arrived within the time window he gave us and completed his work quickly and thoroughly (actually doing more than he was hired to do without any additional charge). Very pleased.

I had three antique furniture pieces that needed to be repaired. Richard contacted me immediately, came to the house, looked at the pieces, explained what he would have to do to repair each of them, and gave me an estimate. I was surprised at how reasonable the estimate was. I was also very impressed with the loving way in which Richard handled my furniture - as if they were just as valuable to him as they are to me. He repaired the pieces in a week and, when he brought them back to me, I was extremely pleased with the results. In short, Rick was kind, efficient, and professional, and he did an amazing job! I'd recommend him to anyone with complete confidence that you will be more than satisfied with the work he does.

Rick was very polite, professional and worked efficiently on my couch repair. The frame was completely cracked and he completed the repair within a few hours on the day he came out to look at it. His rates were reasonable - definitely cheaper than buying a new couch! He also guaranteed his work for a year. I would definitely call him again if I had another repair.

Rick was extremely personable, polite and professional. He refinished and repaired a rosewood coffee table, refinished an end table and doors on my cherry cabinets and refinished some badly scratched leather on a sofa. All came out better than expected!!! Extraordinarily pleased and will hire him again and most definitely would recommend him!!!

Rick came out the next day after I contacted him and was able to fix a myriad of issues with my sectional. He gave an estimate of each item before he fixed it and guaranteed his work for 1 year. It was pricey but much cheaper than replacing it.
