Mr. Pariseau (owner/operator) misled me whereby he stated he could remove the old finish on the furniture with his special technique. He was not able to remove the old finish and moved forward with applying the new finish. He did not contact me to advise me he was unable to remove the old finish. The outcome was horrible. Mr. Pariseau took it upon himself to make decisions regarding the furniture finish without contacting me. The decisions were mine to make as I am the owner of the furniture. The furniture is now unusable.

Richard was very professional and described in detail what the restoration entailed. I was impressed with the thoroughness of his restoration plan for the chairs.

Good guy, likes what he does and is very good at it. They were also very prompt. I am having him price up refinishing my cabinets in the house as well.

I met Rick and he has my couch to repair. Seems very knowledgeable. Can't wait to get my couch back shortly. He is repairing the straps and springs in the couch so I will certainly feel the difference. He understands the need to repair quality furniture instead of throwing it out for new furniture if at all possible.

Exceptional work! We had 3 pieces repaired and Rick completed it in the time he quoted. He did a great job, especially on an heirloom piece which was built in 1976 for the USA's bicentennial. I highly recommend him for any furniture restoration work.

Rick arrived during the promised time frame, and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was able to repair the problem in one visit, and gave us a one-year warranty on his work. We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Furniture Techs.

Rick was excellent. Very responsive to my questions, very communicative about the project (refinishing a dining room table and chairs) overall. He had ideas and options for me, offering choice and flexibility. The finished product was so good we immediately gave him another project - and there will be more to come! Highly recommended.
