Secondly, they repaired my furniture on the spot, Thirdly they did an excellent job considering that besides repairing my piano bench, they also repaired on the spot a kitchen chair that had been laying down in my basement for years. Rick knows his way around furniture for sure! Within 15 minutes of looking the recliner over, he was able to assess what was wrong with it.
