We sold our home and could not find a house we liked in our price range. We could not be more particular, or maybe you could say difficult. We burnt through several realtors. After five years of looking, we were at an open house and met Shannon Janic from Cornerstone Realty. Immediately we knew she was for us. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and understanding. We started the next day and looked at houses all over Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and even Connecticut. The houses looked great on paper but, when we got there, nothing was ever quite right. She is AMAZING!!!! If something wasn't done that was supposed to be completed she would call or email every one at any time of day or night to ensure the job was finished appropriately!
