Chad Titus Carpentry

I found Chad through Angie's List. He had good customer reviews and a website with his work. I called him and left a message assuming that I would not hear back based on my experience with other contractors. I was happy to receive a call back almost immediately. Chad was nice enough to work around my schedule and came out that night after I got home from work to look and quote on my job. His price for labor was reasonable and I wanted to order my own materials. He was fine with that and we worked through the materials list that he would need to complete the job. We were going on vacation and he agreed to start the project while we were gone. When we came back after a week he was about 50% completed with the job and we were happy with the progress. It took another week but Chad completed the job as we agreed on. His work was very good and he always left at the end of the day with a clean work area. There was a small issue with one of the appliances not working and a very small section of the grout was cracked. I called Chad and he came back on a saturday to clean the filter of the appliance and fixed the grout. Everything looks and works great! Chad is a carpenter by trade but was also able to do some minor plumbing and electrical which was a really big selling point in me selecting him for the job. He really can do it all from what I have seen and we are happy with his work. I have a few more projects that I am going to call Chad on and would definitely use him again!

I called Chad and he came by an hour later with the box I needed and said no problem I can do it now for $50.00.
When he finished I asked him to mount the mirror on the the wall while he was here, he didn't even want to charge me anything extra for doing that. He did a great job and I would absolutely hire him again.

Chad was very accommodating and provided useful information for preventing future problems. He was also able to offer masonry services in addition to carpentry.

He is very polite and good at what he does.

Chad was referred by another Angie's List contractor who was too busy. After an initial miscommunication between us and the two different contractors, Chad was very responsive, prompt, and friendly. He scheduled multiple visits to discern the problem, make measurements, and replace the missing piece. The whole job was affordable, quick, and done to our specifications.
