Charlie and his team were extremely professional from the initial quote to the installation. Kenny and his team delivered the cabinets on a Saturday in order to minimize the disruption in our home during the week. They installed all the cabinets and stayed late to finish in one day. Not only was the installation team friendly and professional, they worked extremely hard to complete the job. The cabinets are all soft close and well constructed. They also mounted hardware that is similar to our kitchen hardware. For any new parents out there, we had Charlie's team install a special piece of wood on the top and bottom spindles of our staircase as well as a piece of wood to anchor the gate on our wall. It looks amazing and blends right in. We came home early to see the progress and noticed that the team had carefully covered every inch of our hardwood floors and furniture to prevent any dust or materials from getting on anything. We really appreciated the care they took in the installation and the cabinets look great. We would absolutely hire them again.

All calls were returned within 24 hours. We have done 2 jobs with CP Woodcrafters, a small kitchen project and a large bathroom project. We love them and are already planning the next project!

Charlie insisted that they would make a new door at no charge but they just followed up with the service and they were very professional. They go out of their way to take care of their customers. He did make a new door and it looks great.

I honestly cannot say enough about this company, I am completely thrilled with the finished product and how the entire project?went from start to finish!?There is literally not one small detail that I am not happy with, love my new kitchen! Anticipated grueling experience having kitchen redone after hearing from friends and neighbors about delays, bad workmanship et al, but after finding CP Woodcrafters from a post-card deck, going through several local firms (expensive, evasive, always saying "that'll be extra,", we researched Charlie and his firm on Angie's. Charlie came to the house on time and was a bundle of enthusiasm. We were sold on his refacing surfaces (not a total redo, but refaced the existing cabinets and installed new granite countertop). Following getting his proposal, accepting it and visiting his showroom (where we could actually see samples and were impressed with his suggestions), we moved forward. He sub'd out the granite, but served as general contractor and ran the whole show. We went to the granite contractor and picked out the granite top we wanted. When the big startup day arrived, he showed up with his crew and in 4 days, had done everything except the counter which we knew would be 7-10 days after the granite crew showed up the last day of cabinet refacing. When granite crew showed, CP Woodcrafters were there to supervise. Summing up - a most pleasant experience. We bragged about this to others who had less than stellar experiences with their contractors. Pricing was good - they worked with us. Crew was most efficient, friendly and helpful. Kept work area very clean, cleaned up each evening and handled small requests without question and did small additional things without saying the proverbial "that'll be extra." We couldn't be happier and prouder showing results to neighbors and friends. Have already recommended him to friends and neighbors.

Experience was excellent. Charlie is honest, professional, and reliable. I would work with him again for custom cabinet needs. We interviewed 3 providers to design and build custom cabinets/entertainment center for our family room. One provider we did not choose had a lower estimate, but would only provide prefabricated cabinets. Another provider we did not choose offered a similar estimate to CP Woodcrafters, but had change fees and their design did not take full advantage of our space or enhance the look of our room. Charlie provided confidence in his design and delivery to build a custom solution that would work with our existing fireplace and imperfect dimensions to finish the room. We selected CP Woodcrafters. The contract was easy to understand and the payment schedule was reasonable. He adhered to estimated timelines and was responsive to all inquiries. We coordinated the electrical work for the puck lighting separately, along with removing our security system sensor and re-installing. Charlie was helpful in outlining the considerations for this additional work and coordinating with these other vendors if necessary. We are very pleased with the end product and recommend CP Woodcrafters to others for custom cabinet needs.

Charlie and his awesome crew did a top notch job. They started and finished within the specified time. The quality of the work really shines through. Charlie coordinated all the outside contractors and everything happened when it was supposed to every step of the way. The advice Charlie offered at the planning stages was solid, and it shows in the results. We are beyond thrilled with our new kitchen.

The job went extremely well. The work of Charlie and (the charming) Kenny was excellent. They are professionals in their field and did their work to a very high standard. They paid attention to detail and the result was excellent. Also, the price was fair. I would recommend CP Woodcrafters to anyone who is looking to do a kitchen refacing, remodel or renovation. Our kitchen is on the small side and installation took just three days. Charlie, Frank, and Kenny were professionals from start to finish.Day one they prepared the area by setting up plastic to keep the dust to a minimum. We chose a crown molding option and the work done on the carpentry is impeccable. Their workmanship is outstanding and our kitchen looks brand new. We are very happy we chose CP Woodcrafters, they know their craft and paid great attention to the little details to make this remodel a great experience.
