Good job on the project.

My AC unit broke on a Friday night, Brian came to the house Saturday morning, and on Wednesday install my new AC and heating unit. He is easy to get in touch with, did excellent work at a good price.

I previously did a review but would like to edit after speaking with other businesses that are with home advisor and found out that he charged over $100 too much even on a Sunday call..... For an $8 to $12 part and 5 minutes work it cost $250 and never received a receipt ..... Never gave a quote on the cost to repair before doing the job .... Guess we should have told him to take the part out and waited till today ...

He was very polite and gave us the news about our central air unit of what it needs, very upfront which I like, would recommend this company and will hire him when it is time to replace unit.

For a professional business owner his customer service is poor. Says one thing on the phone and then does another. He did not check the entire system before making diagnosis.

I can't say enough good things. I got 5 companies to quote. One I never heard back from, 3 were over $7,000 and then Brian came! He gave me a quote of $4,900 on the spot. Did the work 3 days later! Two young guys came, spent a full day working, had to go out for parts 4-5 times, did extra work and did not add anything to the bill. Also Brian immediately sent all the paperwork and receipt. They also came exactly ON TIME! AMAZING!!!

Called him at 8PM - came the next day at 7:30AM - completed the work in a timely manner.

Good experience overall. Did have to call when he didn't arrive at original scheduled time. He said it would be 15 min. It ended up being 1 hr 45 min. Did the job in reasonable amount of time, cleaned up after. I would call again just know timing may be an issue.
