Brian MacDonald arrived promptly. Assessed the problem, gave me an estimate and said that he didn't have the equpment and would come back the next day around noon. Brian and colleague came at 11:30 and worked on it until the problem was fixed which was around 6 pm. They cleaned up and left. He also look to see if there were other problems, and gave us an estimate for two other problems. He was very professional. After opening up the ceiling under the stairs, he showed me why the pipes were clogged. I was very satisfied with his work and will call him in the future to fix the other two problems. HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK HE HAS DONE! THE TRUE TEST COMES THIS WINTER WHEN WE CAN FULLY TEST THE BOILER.
