He called within 15 minutes when I was looking for a plumber and was over within 1/2 hour and resolved the issue. Brian was very professional and definitely hire him again.

Brian was fantastic in coming out to help me with my furnace issue. He called me within minutes of submitting a request and was out the same day. Unfortunately i needed a new furnace. Brian gave me quotes on the spot with no pressure or hard selling. I called him back about an hour later and hired him. I was worried about the timing as it was getting cold out but he was there the next morning at 1030 and with my new furnace. He and his worker were thorough, clean and very professional.

I called and he fit me in on the day I called and fixed the problem.i would use them again. Thanks

Arrived promptly, very courteous. Even though the employee who came to give us an estimate had a heart attack that afternoon they followed through and got the work done within a few days. This professional also picked up on a dangerous situation with our water heater. It had been leaking since the contractor from Columbia gas had installed it and the kicker is it was never was inspected after installation! They not only identified the problem but made the time at their visit to make it right. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a job done right at a fair price

Brian and his team did an excellent job. My furnace wasn't working and it was the middle of winter. I've got 2 little girls, so I needed someone to come out ASAP. Brian was there in a matter of hours and determined that we needed a replacement blower motor. He was able to special order the motor we needed and replaced it the next morning. A couple weeks later, the furnace stopped working again. Brian had his crew come out (Tim & Will) and they were able to quickly find the issue. They fixed it and didn't charge me a dime for the service. Based on my experience, you can count on Brian and his team to get the job done. And they did the right thing when they came back a couple weeks later and didn't charge me for the repair. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a heating professional.

Brian was very professional. Showed up on time, checked issue with ac unit, and explained in detail what the problem was. He provided an estimate to correct the problem and did not do a hard sell.

I don't know how to rate the value for the money so I'm giving it a 3. I thought it was expensive but I have nothing to compare it to. I had to wait several days for them to get the parts in but once they came in he got over to my house right away.

They came out even they said they were coming, & they fixed it in a timely manner. They were also very friendly!
