I have never dealt with such a professional and courteous company before. My sister has dealt with them in the past and highly recommended them. We met with Bob Branzden, who handled everything, from reviewing the work needed, contacting my insurance company, ordering supplies, supervising the work being done and providing proof to my insurance company. Darren and Spencer manage all the office paperwork and financials, making things run smoothly and expediently. The workers were very polite and courteous and made sure my property was left very clean. I would highly recommend Pride Exteriors to anyone needing a new roof or roof repairs!

Our neighbor had used Pride Exteriors for his roof replacement a few years ago and liked them. We checked with a few companies and decided to go with Pride based on his recommendations, their website's details, and their unbeatable price. We are very happy that we did. We have a relatively small house in Foxboro, MA that needed a roof replacement (24 years old) and also the front and rear gutters replaced. Pride (Manager Bob B.) came out to assess the property first, then gave us a written estimate via email that same evening. The estimate was a great price and we liked that there was only a requirement for a small, reasonable downpayment. They gave us the option for using a leaf guard in the gutter, as well as the option to add a copper protector for moss. We opted for one leaf guard in the front, where pine needles tend to gather. There were no high pressure sales techniques...and they said that they can always add the copper protector if we change our mind in a few years. Pride guarantees that the job will be done in one day!!! They send the appropriate number of crew members to accomplish this. They worked with our schedule to come up with the proposed day (of course, subject to change based on weather). Two days before the service, they delivered the shingles. On the day of service, a crew of 3 people arrived ahead of schedule, bright and early at 6:45 AM, followed by 2 supervisors later in the morning. A dumpster arrived and was put on our driveway. The crew got to work right away, first making sure that the house was protected by rolling out large blanket-type material. Pride showed us that our old roof had only one layer of shingles. Pride Exteriors uses high quality Certain-Teed shingles. There is an underlayment, a 'pre-shingle,' and the shingle itself, which is much better than what we had. Along the sides of the roof, another layer of protection was added, which should help prevent ice dams. The crew worked diligently and were very polite and respectful. They took only a brief break for lunch and went right back to work. They protected themselves from the all-day sunshine by wearing long sleeves and head protection. During the course of the afternoon, they discovered that one of the gutters ordered was slightly the wrong size. One of the supervisors went back to the shop and came back with the right one, so it still was able to be completed in one day. The crew finished around 630 PM -- almost a full 12 hours. They not only picked up all the debris and put it into the dumpster, but they have a magnetic machine that picked up just about all of the nails/screws that were on the lawn and porch (we found only a handful left after thousands had been removed). One thing that we weren't expecting was that the dumpster company wouldn't remove the dumpster that evening. In fact, because it was a Friday, they wouldn't come until Monday. We complained to Pride about this inconvenience. Darren, the main manager/scheduler at Pride, tried everything to make the other company come on Saturday, to no avail. That said, the dumpster company removed it first thing Monday morning. Just a minor inconvenience that certainly did not detract from the outstanding performance for the roofing. We subsequently had a heavy rainstorm, with more than an inch of rain in an hour. There were no roof leaks. We noticed that the rear gutter was overflowing and called Pride right away. They were extremely responsive and came out the next morning! They found that our old downspout had been clogged (pre-existing condition) and they cleaned it out for us at no charge! Based on this fact, we decided to buy a second leaf guard from Pride, which they will be installing in the next week or two. We absolutely recommend Pride Exteriors Corp. to anyone and everyone. They are a top-notch company with a commitment to excellence. The price for the new roof and two new gutters with leaf guards came in just shy of only $6,000. We tipped each of the workers and they were very appreciative. Thanks again, Pride!! honest, reliable, and communicative. I had a flawless experience with them-- after having 4 other companies look at my roof, this was the only one that actually climbed a ladder to look at the roof to tell me what the damage was, and was the only one to tell me I didn't need to replace my whole roof, just invest in a small repair. Everyone I worked with was excellent.

Darren was the ultimate professional. Came out on a Saturday and charged an extremely reasonable rate. Very friendly and explained everything he was going to do. Incredibly knowledgeable and saved me from having unnecessary work done. He did an excellent job, and I couldn't be happier with him and his company. I had a great experience with Pride Exteriors when they reshingled my roof. Kevin did an excellent job of explaining what was involved in the process, all the costs and warrantles, the roof was reshingled in one day and came out really nice. The crew was very clean, polite and professional. I would use them again for future projects and would recommend them.

Cannot say enough about the level of service provided by this company. From the outset, they indicated they were aware of the potential difficulties working with Insurance companies and Mortgage companies. In this case, the payments were made to both ourselves AND the mortgage company. While GreenTree / then DITeCH obfuscated at every turn, Pride Exteriors remained unflappable, provide all the necessary documentation even though DiTech continued to lose them, not return calls, etc. When the work was being done, the staff arrived on time, was professional in every respect. Advised how the work would proceed, carefully prepped the yard, removed the old roof, applied the new roof with no issues. We could not be more pleased with the results. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Pride Exteriors did a phenomenal job! They responded quickly when we were looking to get our roof replaced during a Massachusetts winter. Their price was fair, they were professional and courteous. We were surprised at how quickly they completed the job. They did a great job cleaning up and we were thrilled there was absolutely no mess remaining. We certainly would hire them again.

Bob came out and got up on our roof. He inspected it very closely and carefully, and did a quick repair of a few loose shingles. He then gave us a complete report. He told us that the roof is in good shape, and we shouldn't have to replace it for 5-10 years. Because of Bob's professionalism and honesty, we will DEFINITELY use Pride Exteriors going forward!

Pride Exteriors did a great job replacing old worn shingles on my home. They were very efficient and treated my property with respect. The job was completed in one day with very hard working employees. Kevin Mohamed was pleasant and very informative. He addressed all my concerns and was very complimentary of my home. I was pleased with Pride Exteriors Corp./Pride Roofing, from beginning to end. From sales staff to office staff to roofing crew, each member of the company was courteous, professional, and true to their word. They were proactive in keeping me informed, each step of the process. What a breath of fresh air, in comparison with any number of other contractors with which I've worked! Only way it could have gone better is if they had done the work for free (LOL)! And the job looks great.

Darren and his crew are very nice and our new roof initially looked beautiful. We did have some issues. We experienced leaks due to their valley design. After some back and forth, they came out and changed the design of the valleys at no cost. We also had some boards of our composite deck ruined by nails but they replaced those boards at no cost. We do feel it took them a while to get back to us but that may be due more to the fact that we are about an hour away from their office. I suppose it's a lesson to work with someone closer if you want faster response time. Darren does reply quickly to emails, it was just getting them back out for work that seemed like forever. We also are still unhappy with one small area of our roof that appears crooked. Darren did attempt to make it look a bit better by propping up some of the shingles and that did help but it still looks crooked. My husband is convinced they're just not lined up correctly. It seemed like they didn't really want to redo that area for us so we settled for mediocre and will have to simply live with this crooked area. If it wasn't smack in the front of our home it wouldn't bother us so much but it is so we can't give them more than a C for overall for workmanship. Sometimes it's very good (a new area we had them install a heat mat under looks very nice) and sometimes it's not (like our leaky valley's and crooked roof).

My roof is almost double the size of a roof because of an inlaw apt They arrived early on a very hot day and finished up at 6pm. They cleaned up after everything, dumpster was gone the very next day. All my questions were answered. Very happy with the result.

Darren replied to my request for quote immediately and the work was scheduled a couple of weeks later. Darren stayed in touch regarding the possible start dates and confirmed a few days ahead of time. The crew showed up on time and performed the entire job in one day (35 squares!) including installation of ridge and soffit vents and coating of chimney. The crew was polite, took care not to damage any shrubs around the house, and cleaned up after so that one would never have known they were there. I am extremely pleased with the price and the job they performed. I would highly recommend them.

First let me say that these folks are great to deal with. They return calls promptly, show up on time, and do what they say they are going to do. The dumpster, materials and crew all arrived promply at 7 a.m. Stripping off the old shingles and installing the new roof, complete with waterbarriers, flashing , etc. was all completed in one day. They also installed soffit vents along the entire roof line for a reasonable additional charge. They used tarps to protect shrubs and plantings and did a thorough clean-up at the end. The dumpster was removed early the following morning. They did a quality job and also provide great warranties. I would highly recommend them for your next roof.

This company did an excellent job. They came on the day they said, did excellent work, cleaned up and finished in 2 days. My roof has numerous peaks and flat roofs. They removed all of the old shingles (there were 3 layers) repaired parts of the roof with plywood and installed rubber on the flat roofs. They ran the rubber 10 inches up the walls where they met walls or other parts of the roof. They removed an old TV antenna from the wall of the house and replaced a faceboard on one section. They placed ice and water shield 6 feet from all edges and 3 feet in all valleys and re-flashed the base of the chimney. They brought in a large trash bin and removed all the debris from the job, after running a magnet over the driveway to remove any nails. The job included replacing the shingles on the garage roof. I am retired and watched the work both days. The workers were courteous and the only break they took was for lunch. To make it even better, the finished job came in about $800 under the quote! I can't say enough about how happy I am with the job that was done, and I'm sure I am forgetting something, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roof repairs or replacement.

It was a difficult winter to get any reputable company to respond and perform the necessary application to remove the ice dams. Maybe near impossible would be a better description. Yet Darren Shephard at Pride went above and beyond. We spoke mid-afternoon and that evening he was on the roof. The issue was resolved and the leak in the kitchen was stopped. When considering any roof work, its Pride you should contact.

The co. was terrific. Very professional. Came within 24 hrs. ( Had water coming through chandelier, an in the walls.) Really appreciated that they responded to so quickly, an got the job done before the weather changed to rain and snow. The crew that came was very careful about the house, gutter guards, windows, and lights. The price was fine and very fair for the quality work I received. Extremely happy, will use the company again when needed.
