The parts were covered under warranty and I was only charged for labor. $95 for the diagnostic visit and then $250 for the repair that did take a couple of hours. They were prompt, polite, and very professional.

It took them three visits to fix the problem.

Bill noticed that the dishwasher he installed was delivered with a dent in it and got the manufacturer to replace the cover for free. He was also helpful when the stove manufacturer sent a replacement part that was missing a piece. He was friendly and knowledgeable of local resources.

After weeks of calling around to get the washing machine repaired in the house that I rent, I stumbled on Suzor. I called LG (brand of washing machine), Best Buy (place of purchase) and several other repairmen who couldn't/wouldn't repair it or wanted to charge over $100 to look at. When I called Suzor, the lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. When I described the problem she said it sounded like the drain pump and she would send one out with the repairman so that he would not have to make multiple trips. She was able to send someone out within a few days of my call. The repairman was running 'ahead' of schedule (!), called and asked if he could come early. He arrived with the drain pump, repiared the washer and cleaned up after himself all within about 30 minutes. The washer has been working great ever since. Thank you Suzor!

Technician arrived 4 hours late. Unable to make phone contact in order to confirm technicians ultimate arrival time. Technician complained about sliding refrigerator to evaluate. With cursory evaluation, we were told refrigerator would need a part that would take over week to arrive. Felt less than confident in diagnosis. After further discussion, technician became irritable told us to get someone else to repair appliance, used expletives and slammed the door to our home. All this in front of a 2 year old boy. Remarkable unprofessionalism.

Frigidaire gave me the names of a few authorized repair centers, and Suzor was the only one that wanted to touch the job. Suzor successfully dealt with Frigidaire for me when there was some question about whether the repair was covered by warranty. It took three trips to do the job--one to diagnose the problem, one to install the new part, and one to replace the new part when it didn't work. All through the process they were prompt, responsive, and professional, and ultimately the dishwasher is fixed at no cost to me. I would definitely use them for a paid repair.
