Superior Carpentry

In May of 2012 I purchased a foreclosed home which required repairs to qualify for a loan. Since the house was being purchased under value, The house qualified for a renovation loan. I did not know any contractors , which I needed to execute the renovation. After asking around, I was told of Jim Wilson from Superior Carpentry Philipston, Ma. by my real estate agent. She recommended him. After Getting in touch with Jim, we started to put together the plan for my Renovation which consisted of repairing Damage/Rotted wood, Replacement and re-design of broken window, Deck repairs/Slider replacement, 3rd full Bathroom built from scratch, Finished basement with wet bar, and last a conversion of a two bedrooms to three. It was a good size project. I got price quotes from a couple different contractors and Jims came in at the best price. I also liked that he Does the work Himself with his son . When the work was completed I was very impressed with the Quality and craftsmanship that was put into all my completed projects. Everything went as it should and the contract was executed and completed, and the work was finished by our agreed upon end date.
