+ 0 moreBrought vaccuum to ApplianceMan for service on October 24, 2011 for service. I was told at that time it needed parts which would take about 2 days to come in. On Nov. 4, 2011 my husband spoke to the store and was tokld the partsw were delayed due to the storm but would be in in a couple days. Thjat was the last contact we have had with the store. We have left several messages with turn call. Note: this is a $700.00 vaccuum I purchased from ApplianceMan 5 years ago and have had repeated issues with the vaccuum and the service for it with this same company.
