Very disappointed. We asked for triple pane windows, and someone on their end ordered double pane. Luckily we noticed day of installation, and they had to re-order the proper ones we signed for. Finally the group of installers who came did a horrible job. Trash, insulation, and broken glass on our front lawn. Horribly cut wood trim that we had to redo ourselves. Poor sealing that we need to redo. Our hopper window was misaligned and couldn't close. The hinge arm on our casement window has detached from the channel. Communication is spotty from them, and sometimes we don't get an answer by call or text until we message repeatedly. It took over a year to have our project done from contract signing to end, and there are still issues cropping up. Out of the dozen of contractors we've hired the past year and a half, they have been the most disappointing and for what we paid, the quality of work was truly disappointing.

ROOF FAILED LESS THAN 4 YEARS AFTER INSTALL, COMPANY WOULD NOT REPAIR/REPLACE. United Home Experts installed a duro-last rubber roof for the prior homeowners in Nov 2018. This roof should last 10 years, but it developed major leaks (water pouring into the room below) in early 2022. The company sent one of their technicians to our property who admitted that the installation was quite poor - the roof surface was very uneven - but the company refused to honor the warranty because ownership of the property had changed. Legally I'm sure they're right but the fact is this company did a poor job installing the roof and refused to stand by their work.

They did a great job with my roofing project. Erik was great to work with, he was fast, honest, and friendly and Scott's install team was incredibly professional. My roof looks awesome. Would highly recommend and will work with them again for our windows.

Signed the contract. Within the three days I tried calling them to cancel to no avail. Finally when I got to talk to them it was more than 3 days that was written on my contract. Now they're trying to stiff me for the 25% on the contract. They never pulled a permit or done any work towards the contract except for the estimate. They are way too overpriced. Would NOT recommend them even if they were the last company on earth!

The crew which did the roofing after they left I noticed that fence door was broken and on the ground. I tried reaching Mike (the sales consultant) and never heard back from him. I specifically remember Mike telling me that he'll be there to answer/help until the project is done. I reached out to Tyler (the project manager assigned) and shared the picture of the broken door. He right off the bat refused that it happened and after I shared the picture he said he'll come and inspect it in person. That was 2 weeks back and hasn't been any follow up. I only went with United because I knew an employees. Even though united was most expensive quote (but comparable work) from other roofing companies. I was hoping for a good experience and hire united for other work like siding replacement.

After the usual delays in getting started the team worked diligently for the worst part of the job, removing an old ceiling. A new support was installed and I then provided additional money up front for a structural engineer and electrician. At that point things went downhill. The electrician never arrived, the engineer apparently was unlicensed (drawings were provided but no license number given) and it is unclear if what was done was sufficient to complete the job. Alex then completely disappeared, leaving bags of construction debris in our driveway until another contractor agreed to remove them, and has been unresponsive for the last six months to my requests for a refund of the money paid for work not done. I am considering what further action to take.

The work was done in one day, with no mess left behind. So far, the new drains appear to be working properly. We had to reschedule several times due to rain and delayed arrival of materials.

Professional, courteous, and timely. They kept me up-to-date through all phases of this fairly large project. Excellent responsiveness and follow up by the sales, project, and customer service teams. They made sure I was satisfied and I was.

We have lived in our home for ~ 2.5 years. As a result of inferior workmanship and materials used by the original contractor (someone other than United) , we contracted with United to redo our siding, our exterior trim, and our entry doors. Nik was our estimator and he was a pleasure to work with. We've dealt with estimators in the past and most of them prefer to quote a price without going into detail. Nik, without any prompting from us, went into detail to define what we would be getting for the quoted price. Weuler was our project manager; he was very courteous. He would communicate in advance what the crew would plan to work on for the day or week. He would also let us know if weather prevented the crew from working. Junior was our foreman and it is obvious that he has much experience, and his team has much experience. They would arrive promptly at 7AM each day and begin to set up equipment and position materials to be deployed. They were very well organized; it appeared to us that everyone knew exactly what their role was each day they came onsite. They were also super respectful and cleaned up thoroughly after each day of work. United installed Everlast composite siding and PVC trim on our 3,000+ square foot home. If you have a chance to visit United's building in Ashland, you will understand why they are so good at what they do...there is an indoor training facility where they teach how to properly install siding! We are loving our newly resided home, and would use United again in a heartbeat. You will find they are not going to be the cheapest quote, but I believe we got what we paid for and there were no ugly surprises. We've dealt with contractors in the past who quoted low and then tried to cut corners to make up for it during the project; United is the opposite of those guys. You will not be disappointed with their finished product or surprised in an unpleasant way!

This is the second time I have used United. I needed some interior painting, siding, and windows replaced in my new home. I got a fast easy estimate and then got on the schedule immediately. United was able to line up install of both windows and painting before I moved in. They exceeded expectations again and I love the work they did! I look forward to using them again.

it went great. After I called them, I didn't have to wait a long time for an appointment. The gentlemen providing the service was professional and courteous. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need but made me aware of the overall condition of the roof.

United Home Experts did a fantastic job on our roof! We loved their work so much that we then hired them to do our siding (which we love), and plan to hire them to place all of our historic windows. I love how thorough and detail-oriented they are. The crew was punctual, respectful, and professional. My neighbor loved the work they did so much that she also used United for her roof. I liked that they cleaned everything up and managed not to make a mess while removing and replacing our large roof. A few months later we had our old exterior clapboards replaced with Everlast siding. WHAT A DIFFERENCE THAT MADE!! Our home is 150 years old and looks brand new while maintaining the historical integrity of the home. United Home Experts made sure that all of our concerns and wishes for our home were addressed. We ended up having United trim out our windows in a historically accurate PVC and loved the outcome. We will be using United for our windows and sliding glass door as well. I would highly recommend United Home Experts to others based on my experience.

We had UHE do a very large renovation on our whole home. We replaced all the windows with new Marvin windows and trim, new siding and a new roof. It's an old house, so there were a few surprises underneath the layers of siding, but UHE did a great job at fixing the underlying issues and keeping me informed along the way. I thought it was done efficiently considering all the different components of the job. People showed up when they were supposed to and worked very hard. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and we would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.

Amazing! We were very impressed with the team involved, especially the on site workers and project manager. Our house looks great and I love our new windows!

Team was very responsive with communications and always arrived on time. Everything was explained carefully and when surprise problems came up they checked in before doing anything to consult. Roof looks very good and you could tell that the team was working hard and doing it right. Project took 2.5 days. Replaced some of the plywood in the roof that was damaged. Some minor damage to the house occurred (porch light broken) and they fixed before project was done. UHE has good financing options if you need them.

Staff was professional, prompt, and job was well done! I would hire them again for another home project!

After some initial hiccups on the job, the completed product looks very nice. Crew that worked on the job were there early and stayed late (and even worked on Saturdays). I would recommend and consider using again, if I needed another project completed.
