Description of Work: We are just about to do more work on our home and hoping to find someone as reliable as United (which is why I am writing about them several years after their work for us--painting, siding, gutters). The work performed was solid work so I gave an A...but the responsiveness is A++. We had some peeling in one small tough area just short of three years later ...probably due to our late November project (our scheduling choice, not United's)...United fixed it and more...spiffing up some other areas all performed under warranty. During the project we miscommunicated on a detail...United reworked the area to our satisfaction. We trust and love United...and John Dudley is very accessible. With any contractor...workers come and go and things will happen...with United...our issues were small and they stood by their commitment 100%++.

Description of Work: United was one of 3 companies we considered for a full exterior paint job and related carpentry. We found them on Angie's list, and we had a reference from a friend who had hired them some years ago, whose house still looks good. United submitted a thorough and reasonably priced proposal which we strongly considered, but in the end we went with another company. However, we were impressed with United's professionalism and with the references they provided, we checked out several of the houses on the list, and we would not hesitate to ask them to bid again. The ratings are "good" rather than "excellent" because we don't feel that we can rate a company tops unless it actually performed the work. Estimated price: $10,000.00.

Description of Work: I AM GETTING SEVERAL BIDS. MAY GO WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF GIVING AN ESTIMATE AND EXPLAINING THE PROPOSED WORK.
